He said that aids is autoimmune disease that is caused by drugs or bad life habits, and is only caught by blood transfusion. From what I've heard, AIDS is also very prevalent in some regions in Africa. If that's true then how did they get it and how is it spreading there so much? Too many homosexuals there? Well, maybe, lol, I've heard that homosexuality is more common among Africans but I haven't looked into that. But according to your friend it's the drugs not the homosexual acts themselves.
There are other sexually transmitted diseases besides HIV, so I don't know what's so strange about HIV being transmitted during sexual acts.
Would be more interesting to know why your friend thinks that the HIV story is then being propagated if it's not true. What motives he sees behind that.
