Questions on the nature of the Big Bang. Empty
PostSubject: Questions on the nature of the Big Bang. Questions on the nature of the Big Bang. EmptyFri Nov 22, 2013 4:35 pm

This is another thread where I ask questions. I want to see if I can learn anything new on this topic.

1.)What is the nature of the Big bang?

2.) Do you think that the universe will eventually return to a state of near absolute order? Such as a big-crunch or something of that nature?

3.) Is some sort of cosmic deity type figure ( Brahman - Dao ) conceivable as the inflationary force of the Big Bang, in your opinion?

Reg. 3., The Brahman/Dao is not the 'cause' of the universe, only its description.

From what I have learned, the Brahman is the ultimate reality, the prime mover, the Absolute. The universe, according to Advaita Vedanta, is the dream of Brahman, i.e., caused by Brahman.
