That was beautiful.
Reminds me of the degradation experienced by ancient Greek, becoming the bland Modern Greek.
When the vowels were distinctly pronounced...as in πολοι, πολη (many, much) which the moderns have to spell out to distinguish them, and the ancients pronounced making the language more poetic, song-like.

It's same here, I die inside when I hear how bland the people in southern Finland speak (where I live now), mainly in Helsinki they have this disgusting slang, at least other parts of the country has their own way of talking. It also bothers me how poorly they write finnish lyrics for radio songs it's almost embarrassing to listen, it sounds so clumsy.

About how the Boer never will be tired of his work and if they try to take anymore of his land, they have to face him alike a rock with his gun in hands, playing with a bomb.

From the Dutch folk singers, the Southerners are the most to my taste as they still have the tones going up and down as in old-Dutch and still in present day Sweden.

Superb concert of a friend and teacher of which I will uploud more; it makes me want to live to the fullest, I realise that I miss Georgia. If there is a next time, I will be in a better position to stay.

I found an amazing place in Belfast; they helped me contact a Bódhran maker so that I can purchase one; they organize many concerts, exhibitions, learning courses such as Irish Gaelic language, set dancng, Irish folk instruments making and playing and much more. I will be busy from September onwards, much to learn which they offer.
The kind and enthusiastic man invited me to this concert, beautiful music

Turkic language used to be written similarly to Runic Futhark. Of course Turkic peoples are not the same as 1000+ years ago.

''Heilung are as described on their facebook page as "sounds from the northern european iron age and viking period. We used everything from running water, human bones, reconstructed swords and shields up to ancient frame drums and bronze rings in the songs.
The lyrics contain original texts from rune stones and preserved spear shafts, amulets and other artifacts. Furthermore poems, which either deal with historical events or are translations/ interpretations of the originals.
Every attempt to link the music to modern political or religious points are pointless, since Heilung tries to connect the listener to the time before Christianity and its political offsprings raped and burned itself into the northern european mentality.
Heilung means healing in German and describes the core of the sound. It is supposed to leave the listener eased and relaxed after a sometimes turbulent musical journey.''

People condeming the Maori as mere primitives, the Mongols as mere nomadic savages etc., - they do not know the strength of primal spirit. Hence the Europeans are so corrupted and weak, they do not know this primal agression in rituals, such as in song and dance. The best living is semi-nomadic, to be settled is not just to farm, but also to be farmed (by the centralised institution).

Modern Europ..Dodopeons, are overly-civilized mules. Compare it with the domestication of wolves or bigger dog breeds. The more slavish, the bigger the sad eyes, the fluffy fur and softness of the cheeks / face. Then of course the actually documented degeneracy of the face of the average European; the underdevelopment of the chin, jaws and teeth (hence wisdom teeth are such a major problem for the average Europeas with their refined diet) - and whatever has an effect upon the body, reflects the brain and spirit as much.

It is ok, really, to want to plunder a city and feast upon the perished souls.

When I had heard his voice for the first time, together with the melodic guitar, I asked who it was.

''It is the Chechen Justin Bieber''.

Everyone listens to him or else knows him. Great singer and poet.

The one thing I appreciate in Eastern Europe, is that regardless of your ideals and religion, that you can find people listening to beautiful music - whether from who you deem enemies or friends.

At least here I can play playlists of songs of Carl Orff's composition of Carmina Burana, followed by German NS metal 'Nordglanz', with the next song to be relating to a struggle of a people nothing to do with our collective memory.

Timur Mucuraev wrote:

Life in a moment pass, not to go back
Day the sky will light his last sunset,
Remember the past, and you're not happy
Thought as a sharp knife there is no going back.
No turning back, whatever you did not,
You don't say,because there is a limit,
All that you lost,we can no longer find
No turning back, whispers the voice in the night.
You left all alone you left all alone
In a long scary night
A whirlwind of life's storms,all beckons back,
No turning back all night stops.
No turning back, all that you don't have time
You don't say,because there is a limit
All that you lost, we can no longer find
No turning back, whispers the voice in the night
You left all alone you left all alone
In a long scary night
A whirlwind of life's storms all beckons back
No turning back all night stops.
Many sad thoughts, and worries and concerns
Shaking head and fog issues,
In our short life will not help much to understand
As sometimes cruel with us fate,
How cruel fate that parted me from you,
Someone in the abyss will fall, who rises to Parnassus
And for all the failures and victories,
All will come the hour's come the hour,
The hour when the light fades, the soul is full of sadness
But all are not refund
The night sky finish, the star parade
You left all alone no turning back.
How cruel fate parted me from you
Someone in the abyss will fall, who rises to Parnassus
And for all the failures and victories
All will come this hour, all W that hour will be
The hour when the light fades, the soul is full of sadness
But all are not refund
The night sky will finish your star parade
You left all alone no turning back
No turning back all the old is gone,
And you're not happy, I realized you all over,
All left in the dark ages, faded into the dark,
Burns fire, burns the fire
Life is fraught with the joy of life, worldly
All will rot with you
Night you will spend through hundreds of obstacles,
But forget about single no turning back,
No turning back, whatever you did not,
You don't say because there is a limit,
All that you lost we can no longer find
No road back whispering voice in night,
You left all alone you left all alone
In a long scary night
A whirlwind of life's storms all beckons back
No turning back all night stops.

Serbian:

Serbs are better comedians than warriors. The tone and lyrics of their music are too funny and happy sounding for a war song, almost laughed myself to tears listening to them. Then again, making a light/laughing matter of the death of your enemies can definitely be useful psychologically in softening the enemy and hardening your own group.

Quote :
Love, let me home to my mother
Love, let me home to my mother
Darling, let me home to my mother

Love, let me home
to my mother
I only came for the cattle.
It was only last night
That I heard that my love was herding
And though you found me at the perimeter of the cattle fold
Love, let me home as you found me.
I was clambering up
the dykes
And descending the ridges
When a friendly lad met me
And he did not enforce his friendship on me.
Though you were to give me cattle and sheep
Though you were to give me tethered horses
Though you were to give me that and men
Love, let me home as you found me.
My mother and father will chastise you
My clan and my relatives will chastise you
But my three brothers will kill you
If I don’t return home as I came.
My mother promised me a gown
Decorated with the newest of ribbons
And she promised me a new plaid
If I return home the way you found me.
Folk song about a young girl who found love. A modern young woman probably wouldn't understand the behavior of the girl in this song, since dowries used to be common place. In return for family taking responsibility for you, you gave up some autonomy. Successful fathers would listen to the preferences of their daughters and behave cohesively as a family unit.

With the 'liberation' of feminine sexuality also came the rejection of paternalism. The discovery of the unnecessity of paternalism turned it into an 'opppresive evil' over only a few generations. Given that paternalism was practiced for thousands of years, modern women (in the name of sterile and hypermasculine justice) are now either vain or unfulfilled. There is no longer a need for feminine behavior if there is no longer a need for masculine behaviors.

Dealing with this reality, women are subject to a schizophrenia that results from the state depending upon feminine support while simultaneously pushing for the destruction of masculinity for the sake of security. Money, being the most sterile representation of political power, becomes a warping sexless nexus of all human and social value. With the death of female investment in culture from abandoning the paternal family, money and the institution it represents becomes the replacement. Every human being is turned into a literal whore. Females now are paternalized by bankers, capitalists and even ethnic foreigners who dole out and control the flow of cash, instead of by their own biological fathers.

"My dashing darling is my hero
My dashing darling is my Caesar
I have had neither sleep nor good fortune
Since my dashing darling went far away

I am perpetually worried every day
Wailing heavily and shedding tears
Since my lively boy was released from me
And there is no word of him, alas

Chorus

The pleasure of the cheerful cuckoo at noon is gone
The affable nobility are not bothered with sport
The learned and the cultured are worried and sad
Since the lively lad was taken from me

Chorus

He is like Young Aonghus
Like Lughaidh Mac Chéin of the great blows
Like Cú Raoi, great son of Dáire of the gold
Leader of Éire strong in pursuit

Chorus

Like Conall Cearnach who breached defences
Like worthy fair haired Feargas Mac Róigh
Like Conchubhar venerable son of Nás of the tradition
The pleasant chieftain of the musical [Fenian] Branch"
