The most recent ban of mine from ILP occurred on slippery grounds. It revolved around a thread about exposing peoples' minds. And that exchange offered me one of my deepest insights into the brain of the manimal. Here is the argument:
Philosophy is about exploration. So what does The Philosopher do? He explores the world around Him. Yes He explores objects, and in this way, He is a scientist and physicist. He looks at rocks, water, examines the elements, chemistry, mass, motion, force, power. Yes. Of course. But He also looks into life. He looks into Thyself, know thyself. He looks at bacteria, insects, organs, amphibians. He comes to understand the various species of animals. Types. A specie is a type. And a type is a category. And categories are derived through discrimination and examination.
Got it so far? Good, because I want to relay this message to ILP.........and one of the reasons I was banned.
In a way, to understand lifeforms, must necessarily include those around us. I examine the man and woman standing next to me. The Philosopher looks deeply into manimals.....too deeply. Philosophy crosses a threshold between "acceptable" philosophy, and unacceptable philosophy. It is in this later area that we find ourselves congregated here on KTS. For one reason or another, inevitably, this is "inappropriate" philosophy. Because we have stumbled into the realm of human, manimal, fear. Their hatred. Their negativity, which they often paint us, philosophers. They project what they are most often guilty of.
I wanted to explore all. I wanted to explore the universe, matter, and life too. I wanted to explore You. And in knowing thyself, you begin to understand the manimals around you, better than they know themselves. Because they do not, know thyself. They reject know thyself. They are not self conscious creatures. So how dare they call themselves "human"? What is a human if not self conscious? These manimals lag behind in evolution.
What prevents them? Mostly fear. They are scared of the animal within themselves. They are scared to push boundaries. And they are mostly scared of the repercussions of crossing the "do not trespass" line. Because after you cross it, child becomes adult. Risks, now, have real repercussions and consequences. No more blaming others, no more crying like a biotch. Once you enter into the realm of real, true, actual Philosophy, then you cannot go back. And the cowards, on ILP, cannot trespass here. Fear prevents them.
To explore another's mind is to penetrate it. Much like the sex act. And often, consent is not involved. I don't need to ask your permission, to know you. And to know you, is to fuck you. It's to insert myself inside you. And see from your perspective.
To enter your body, stand in your shoes, and see through your eyes. I am embody your soul, your perspective.
This is accomplished through imagination. I imagine what it must be like, to be you. To become you. To understand your values.
This is the essence of mind-fucking, if you will.
Now this is all well and good, and you probably know a little bit about it, given the context of our meeting in this format and environment. We know this. We're familiar with it, at least, most of us are. No surprises.
But here's the twist. On ILP, what do they preach most of all? Be empathetic with each other! Understand each other! Sympathize! Bear each other's suffering! So what does this mean? The true hypocrisy of ILP and their humanist values is, if we follow through with what they advocate, one of their core moral lessons, and empathize, become selfless, then this involves precisely the trespass and violation that they hate! These manimals hate getting manipulated so easily, so readily. Like a whore who cannot resist crawling and creeping into the bed of her pimp, even after he slapped her around, even after she ran away crying the night before, even after she has the means of leaving him....she does not. She returns, and cannot explain it. She gets treated like shit, feels like shit, but she still obeys her master.
Once fucked, mind-fucked like this, the turds cannot help themselves. They hate themselves for it. They hate their own weakness. "How could I be so weak, so vulnerable, so trusting?" they ask themselves.
So what do the manimals do? They build walls around their minds. Digital walls. And they have a long list of "bad words". Racist, sexist, misogynist, hater. These key words trip a mental alarm. And they call for their protectors against the instigators of "bad feelings". And why do these word trigger bad feelings? They don't know, and don't care. Not anymore. They've been fucked around one too many times. Too fucked up. Damaged goods.
You can enter into the minds of the manimals with ease. Imagine their lives, see within their eyes. They'll hate you for it, yes. They will. But your prize is a boisterous laughter. Because you will recognize the irony of their hypocrisy. They, these "humanist" pieces of trash, preach empathy. And they herald philosophy, publicly, at least. What's the truth? They despise empathy. They hate philosophy. "I hate philosophy". Why?
Because their values, apparently, are contradicted. The love empathy, until an imagination becomes a little bit too invasive.
Isn't it a crime to see through another's eyes?
Maybe, someday, if these liberal turds and tards get their way, it will be.
Preach empathy and philosophy on one hand. Contradict it and crush it in the other. These turds don't want to explore reality, except, up to a point. And this point is empathy.
You cannot step inside another without leaving yourself. And you cannot leave yourself without first knowing thyself.
