Women have the capacity to anchor men to the earth - they are natural agencies rooted in blood.
Through them a man becomes a cultivator, an investor, a participant, engaged in reality, forced to use words precisely, to toil the soil, to plant seeds, to harvest and plan for next year.
Without them men roam, free-radicals, on the periphery of human consciousness, taken by noetic fancies, thinking they've found a competitive advantage that will make them kings.

With no feminine grounding a man is prone to theoretical abstractions, words disconnected from reality, noumena detached from phenomena, desperate to believe that they have discovered a loop-hole.

Shape a woman's criterion for judging men, and you determine the future.

Leave them mired in the base, in the Nihilistic dis-ease and compensating hedonism, and the outcome will be a gradual decline towards an animal state.
Raise their standards, without detaching them from a woman's natural grounding, and you ensure the ascent of generations.

We look back upon our past, as one looks back to then one was clean, new, still un-scarred, healthy.
Between our presence and this past history intervenes, reminding us of all we have survived, all that we've endured, all dis-ease, and cuts we've dealt with.
We carry the consequences of this fight, like we carry battle scars: with pride.
we've been changed by the fight, but we do not forget that boy we were, still fresh, and full of hope, our skin soft and supple, our mind open and willing.

Habits are what establish behavioural traits.
With prolonged repetition of life-affirming habits an organism may develop the traits it requires to repeat a behaviour which has proved itself effective in keeping it alive, and for passing on its genes: reproduction is an extension of self-preservation.
Species are the visible product of centuries of repeating behaviours, resulting in specialization.
Organ specialization, based on repeated behavioural habits, manifest as appearance.
An individual's appearance is the result of inherited habits, and of personal ones, developed over the duration of its life when its inherited habits came in contact, and, often, in conflict, with socioeconomic, cultural ones (memetic).

Thinking habits are extensions of habits acted out – behavioural habits.
Particular ways of thinking and reacting to words, which are expressions of thoughts, can be formalized, made into habits, and specialized in their motive and focus.
Habits may be honed, sharpened in focus, or contradicted, attempting to stifle them, forcing them to atrophy over time.
The longer the behaviour has been repeated, the stronger the force of will required to change it, or repress it.
Easiest way is to begin at birth before the genes that trigger the behaviour, develop, atrophying them before they are permitted to express themselves fully, before they mature.

Patterns, both organic and inorganic, are repeating behaviours.

With organic patterns these can be directed, reinforced, and contradicted – with inorganic patterns a force greater than the aggregate participating in the congruity of patterns can disrupt, or decrease it: changing it, or deteriorating its aggregate energies.
To break a pattern a force greater than its aggregate is required - anything less will deteriorate it, splintering off energies into smaller aggregates, changing the pattern to a lower level pattern (slower in relation to what it was) – first two are what we call increasing complexity, also, inappropriately, called chaos, or by causing it to lose pattern, adding to what we, properly, call chaos.
Complexity is not chaos.
Not perceiving order does not make it non-existent, not present.
Chaos is a description of lack of order – absence of pattern

Back to organic patterns, founded on habits…
Civilization is about directing habits, and/or manufacturing them to correct, or cultivate (focus, accentuate), pre-existing habits, inherited genetically.
Every organ in an organism, and how it relates, (inter)acts, with other organs is a testament to the organism's inherited habits, called its nature, or its essence, its spirit.

Pagan habits evolve into Traditions, reaffirming the individual organism's life (nature/past), by repeating its natural habits, and then focusing them, refining them, directing them with an nature-based idea(l).
Nihilistic ideals inhibit, and contradict, these inherited habits, forcing the organism to adopt new, human constructed habits, based on social criteria (value standards), and a motive other than well-being and promoting life.
Usually the sense of well-being is short-termed, with a shallow perceptual-event-horizon, readily adopted by those with no stake in the future, and so with no sense of responsibility, and no interest in human destiny – Nihilists of the spirit who only care for immediate gratification, with a lifetime as their reference point: a contained (boxed) perspective.
Cynicism is the attitude which dismisses all interest that exceed the Nihilist's perceptual-event-horizon.
They impose a manmade behaviour in conflict with the individual organism's inherited predispositions, to accommodate useful to it behaviours/habits, in the present, which are in conflict with organic habits evolved to promote life and well-being, unhealthy in the long-term.
The Nihilist unable to discipline his own habits, and with no stake in the future, tries to discredit them, or indulges in them in excess to degrade them in importance.

Habituation is the method used to numb the individual to stimuli, decreasing their relevance, and necessitating hyperbole to then repeat the pleasure benefit, as the only reward.
Habituation makes (re)action to stimuli automatic, avoiding the need to engage the conscious mind.
The individual need not be aware of the stimuli consciously, but only if it exceeds the level it has become accustomed to.
Habituation is what converts sexual pleasure into a pornographic excess, demanding the extraordinary to make it noticeable/notable.
Obesity is also due to excess that has made the mind numb to its pleasure rewards, demanding value to achieve satiation.
Loss of respect is a by-product of this.
The practice loses its severity, and becomes expected, part of the organisms entitlement psychology.

Habits that develop and can be cultivated in such minds are self-destructive, but propose a short-term heightened pleasure benefits. With no investment in the future such minds want to spend it all, to "have fun", [burn out rather than fade away], uninterested in accumulating/resources/knowledge wealth to pass on to the next generation, uninterested in integrity and reputation beyond the extent of its lifetime.
Their appeal is that of an adolescent, sheltered from the worse consequences, and allowed to just pass his time with excessive paly/pleasure.
They lose interest in anything with a long-term-horizon payback.
All is immediate gratification, or slandered as useless, finding fault in it to justify their own rejection, and non-participation.
Specialization has taken on a nihilistic form.
Immediate reward makes the individual specialize in dismissing, slandering, ridiculing, all that exceeds its lifetime, or promises rewards after its own lifetime.  
Judeo-Christians dealt with this problem by promising rewards in the afterlife, to maintain discipline and interest in the here-&-now among those who disliked what habits they had been burdened with.
Asceticism was the epitome of this self-denial to enjoy rewards in the "beyond" space-time, in contradiction to the Hellenic form of asceticism which promoted discipline focusing energies which accentuated rewards in the present, and in the after, as an extension of self in other.

Hellenic spirits biggest risk is its openness, directness, its ability to honesty stand forth as what it is - its ability to engage and assimilate, risking destruction; absorbing the alien, without being overly changed by it; adapting it within its own patterns, its own hierarchies.

When it hides it adopts the dis-ease's methods - hypocritically pretending it is what it can never be, selling a lie, and rejoicing when it is convincing - convincing the masses of weak, cowardly, lost manimals.
it makes itself vulnerable because its credo demands a testing of its metal.
It goes off to meet the more numerous enemy, knowing it is doomed to fall, but not to die - reborn wherever there remain true men unable to surrender to a seductive comforting ideology for the sake of survival.
It is reborn, over and over... never in numbers, but always a minority.

It whispers in their left-ear, for the right side of the brain to be reminded.

If we wish to clarify the Delphic maxim Know Thyself, we must begin with the usage of a Greek term "ego" so as to differentiate it from the term "self", later we will also capitalize "Self" to add a further clarifying dimension.
Ego refers to the conscious part of self, where self refers to the sum of all preceding (inter)actions, that manifested in presence, in an organism's lifetime - to this symbolization we then capitalize self as Self to add the dimension of space/time preceding the organism's birth, also to include organic and inorganic (inter)actions.
Presence/appearance is self, and ego is self-consciousness - sense of self.

Know Thyself is a urging to un-cover as much of your past/nature you can un-cover and that you can endure.
The word can only apply to an organism with an intent, and is a meaningless sophism when applied in any other way.

Undeniable Force
Hellenism as the memetic epitome of Indo-European (Aryan) heritage , with Rome as its higher civilization, stands superior to all attempts to digest it into Nihilistic Abrahamic and humanist (Modern) memes.
It's advantage is clear.
Its symbols, the words it employs to express itself elate to reality, as representations, as idea(l) pulled from the real.
Even when it employs metaphors to combine two, or more, into a unity, each unity can be traced back to its source - each noumenon remaining in reference to the phenomenon it is an interpretation of.

When Modern Nihilistic words attempt to bury, to confuse, to imply the irrational, under the veil of reason, Hellenism remains indifferent.
Where Nihilism uses words to escape, to detach, and find relief in this mental self-numbing, Hellenism engages, faces, connects, even when it hurts, even when ti risk death, even when the contact might prove detrimental to its well-being.
Every word un-covers, brings to light, re-calls, re-members what these sick ones are dis-membering to selectively use in their fabrications.

Nihilists have the advantage in that they are not restricted by reality, but only the necessity to seduce, and to offer positive messages to thirsty masses....building empires of flesh, measured by numbers, popularity, money, fame and fortune: selling feces, to a hungry mass, that will consume anything that promises to fill the void in their belly.
Choosing words of encouragement, of soothing relief, of hope....their distinguishing scent, the stench of the Messiah, standing forth in times of crisis as salvation.
But...how can this withstand space/time?
How long can this lie evade the tides of existence?
They adapt, trying to preserve old methods, renaming them, repackaging them...their effect renewed, rejuvenated with new blood...but destined to fall, over and over.
Their effect only within minds sharing a language...and this is why they are obsessed with spreading their lingo. Their "magic" only effective in brains already prepared to receive the infection.

The idea of honor being that one dies for their beliefs is a Pagan acknowledgment of a person's idea(l)s being viscerally connected to nature through them, manifestly, as a living being. One who refuses death at all costs denies the connection of their body (nature) with their idea(l)s.

Their permeation of or incursion into existence happens ‘ always already,’  in each case and everywhere, without it being the case that anyone,  including the classical hermeneuticists of  fate, had ever observed this in a sufficiently clear light—unless we say that it was precisely Heidegger who began to do so.

It was this thinker who like no other before him laid emphasis on the fact that Dasein is always already ‘ set’  in motion and pervaded by motion and cannot be secured against pervasive movement by anything. Its movement is the ground of  its historicity and its relation to the open. Varying the famous formulation
of  the lecture What Is Metaphysics? from 1929, one could say: Dasein means being held
into the incursion of  motion.
It now thus appears as though Heidegger expressly turned to this sweeping contingency [Zufall] and developed a form of philosophical discourse that corresponds to Dasein in the grip of contingent incursion [zufälligen Überfalls]—a discourse on the plunge, a tale in the fall [Fall]. Whoever attempts to think in motion must show what it means to provide an example of the fall. Thus thinking becomes the serious case [Ernstfall] of movement.

Now, the one thinking must resolutely and calmly project himself in his discourses in his own person––since he no longer imitates an unmoved mover.
Philosophy is no longer possible without speaking of  oneself. Heidegger chooses this gesture with exemplary resolve, like an ontological gym teacher who provides guidance to his subjects who are stuck in their principles and worldviews by giving them exercises to be able to consciously abide in movement.

What exists is not given motion, but existence IS motion, and life is what directs this motion - Will.
Heidegger describes it as "throwness", to indicate a state by which a being awakened to its condition of existing as motion (kinesis).
Difference between living and non-living patterns is that the living direct their motion, as best they can.
This direction we call Will, as in Will & Representation, and Will to Power, or will and whatever objective orients the organism. more appropriately described as becoming rather than the implies static Being.
Becoming what?
Will focuses on an objective, its most primal form being that of what is most like it - feeding to replenish and preserve itself. To awareness beyond the rudimentary attraction to what is part of its congruity needs to be present.
An organism is a synthesis of patterns in tension - in a relative balance of attraction/repulsion.
What attracts is what offers the least-resistance, what repelled the least.
What offers the least resistance is what is most like it - what is already present in its congruity.
An organism feeds on what possesses the elements that are found in itself, albeit rearranged in different proportions and combinations.

Will is free in that it can direct what energies comprise it, and the momentum it is a part of.
It has no choice over the congruity it directs, nor the circumstances, of interactions, it directs it within.
It's only freedom is in relation to the degree of resistance it will tolerate in its movement towards its intended objective.
Primal life directs towards satiation of needs.
Humans are the only organism that can direct itself towards an idea that my not be immediate - within its range of time/space attraction/repulsion - or that may not exist at all.
The human ability to project beyond the immediate, exposes it to the error of projecting false objectives - objectives with no precedent, and therefore no potential, no probability.

A re-turn to nature is a return to past, not by erasing centuries of knowledge/experiences but by re-rooting ego to a self that has never disappeared, but only buried beneath symbols and words.
It is not a return to superstitions and the simplicity of the past, but a re-turn to its foundations, its rootedness in the earth.
Like a plant that has been uprooted by the memetic storms of decay, floating in the ether, believing it is free, that it stands above it all, when it is lost in atmospheric turbulence, tumbling upon the surface, the superficial, before being swept away by another gust.
Return is a re-grounding....the plant returning its roots into the soil, and grow upwards, towards the sun.

Need/Suffering

Organism is a self-organizing collection of particular processes - patterns interacting: attraction/repulsion, relating.

World is the sum of all interactions, between patterned and non-patterned energies: Flux.
Patterned energies are the observable world: matter/energy - ordering.

Organism is the sum of all past interactions affecting, informing ongoing interactions - memory: genetic and later evolving into memetic.
This is what is determined facing what is being determined.
Organism is determined by past: nature.
What has been determined cannot assure what is being determined or what has yet to be determined because interactions are ongoing, and because of non-patterned energies (randomness) - chaos.
Order-ing is confronted by increasing chaos which is the byproduct of interactivity.
This relationship is interpreted as need/suffering.
On a primal level need is the sensation of lost energies requiring replenishment, and suffering is when this replenishing has gone unsatisfied for a length of time, relative to the organism's constitution, or its endurance.

Awakening to existence is becoming conscious of this conflict between established order, connected by memory, and ongoing flux, producing friction, or attrition.
