Why did Hitler become dictator? He says in his politics that he created the state for the people. He sold the people that he made it for them. He convinced enough of the public that the state was their creation, yet he was the one running it. Whether true or not, if the state is good, there comes a weird phenomenon. The people, having a good state they trust, end up wanting to actually serve it because that would promote the most good. Sound or not, this justified Hitler's seemingly contradictory assertions that the state did not make the people but the people make the state, while saying the people have a desire to serve and obey. The result, Hitler was supposed to act like some shamanistic medium through which the people, serving him, served themselves. It is only after they have been convinced with promises of the state being theirs, that they feel fulfilled in serving it. This is actually a very modern problem, with USA, arguing people need to feel like the state serves them too, an argument against white nationalist states.

Hitler and his party had to be dictators because they wanted a state and its people to be above average in their degree of mental and physical health than that that was and certainly is present in our current day Europeans. To compensate for the inadequacy of white masses(as he viewed it) he had to dominate their genes and their expressed behaviours and tendencies through dense memetic brainwashing(nature and nurture) so more desired behaviours could be produced more consitently and people had been protected from themselves so to speak. There are many other factors to be considered too that I cant write about like the fact that the demands on the people of any nation at that time which wished to survive were too great for the people of the nation to stand up to themselves without an organised centre of collective control(which on top of the volotaile situation at that time seems to me as a general trend in globalisation, namely that people themselves and their natural ways and how they would have manifested themselves if allowed to freely would not be enough to keep the structures together), the whole science around the cult of personality, the Stalins cult of personality etc.

The new method of man I see is to develop the bait themselves while being immune. Create a new language only understood by the immune.
