Prince of darkness, light bearer, the horned one, the tempter, the cipher of hell, the robber of maidens, the snake, the voice in the left ear, the curse that thrives under the name Earth...

All throughout Christian history, people have found liberation, a greater freedom and self-love in the embrace of the anti-Christ, the beast who lives not to obey but to fulfill his desires.

Astronomically the planet Venus is related to the Pentagram.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

The planet also bears the name Light Bearer, as Venus never is perceived further from the sun than 47 degrees, and when in Phosphorus phase announces the Sun as the Morning Star, whereas in Hesperus phase, heralds the darkness, sort of drawing the curtains to the light after the Sun has set as the Evening Star.

During some nook of the dark ages, the pentagram became associated with the dark aspect of human nature, which was only right since what was then considered the light was human death. I  need not go into this story.

What is rather important however is to appreciate that the traditions associated with Satanism are so liberating that they liberate everyone who chooses the path; there is no threshold, it seems.

Nothing about it is holy. It can be taken at will.

Satanic Holiness... I am pondering what that would amount to.

To fulfill one's desire is to obey the earth.
But I am no anti-Christ, if that is what you imply.
That would be fitting into the neat Nihilistic paradigm, which I do not belong to.
Calling yourself anti-Christ, is accepting the Judeo-Christian/Islamic world-view.

Earth is a stepping off point.
One stands on Earth, but then rises above it... distancing to get a clear godly view.
Distance is a space/time wall....a separator, offering the potential for choice.
Distance of geography making genetic isolation possible- distance of memes making different ideals possible; distance of skin making organism possible.

There is, no doubt, an effect... as bodies in space/time, particularly those closest to our Earth, are part of what is called environment, or nurture, and most definitely part of the multiplying effect of time, and we call nature, past.
The effect, the phenomenon, demands a symbol, a noumenon, not the other way.
Night/day must have been very important for a species that relies on sight, above any other sense, and was the period it was the most vulnerable to predators.
Ironically night is also the period it could perceive the celestial bodies....invisible under the sun's glare.
We have two components for conditioning: anxiety/fear and stimulant...a then, if survived, the reward of sunlight, warmth, energy.

The effects of environment, must be included with all other environmental conditions: weather, geography, radical natural events, solar cycles (genetic shift), and most importantly the selection these result in (genetics and natural selection).
What it "amounts to" is presence, appearance, requiring no birth-date to be read, because it is before you, a manifestation of all this past.

Venus, closets to the sun.
Mars further from the sun, and in between them Earth.
Two closest celestial bodies, besides the moon.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Closest planetary masses will have the biggest effect no the organisms living on the Earth, besides the larger masses, most of all the Sun, which have an effect because of mass - proximity makes them more subtle, and intimate.

Eros = Aphrodite - heat in hiding.
Thymos - Ares - red with anger.

Not that mysterious as to why a species evolving on this planet would construct a mythology around these celestial bodies, tracking their movements, and finding pattern, shapes, configurations to explain themselves, and the events that confronted them - wanting to find a pattern to understand why things occurred, and when, and where, and how.
The "Why?" the most fundamental question.
The first existential query looking for meaning, purpose, and reason.
Reason, and reasoning is about the "why?"... the central philosophical question; one no other organism can even formulate.

Human geometry/mathematics, semiology, springs out of this recognition of patterns, and from it words, letters, primal symbols - points in space/time, connected with imaginary lines designating relationships: (inter)actions of attraction/repulsion.
The status it offered the ones who first saw these patterns is passed on as a desire to be that shaman, that reader of what others cannot see: causal chains of probability, to deal with the increasing chaos of possibilities, or ignorance of possibilities.
Anything, and anyone offering a theory that exposes some order, seduces an organism that depends on order(ing) - a prkmise of "power" that surpasses the common, the average.
A survival advantage.
A sexual advantage.
A temporal value.
Beauty being a symmetry (order) one can appreciate intuitively, viscerally, through organ proportionality - a promise... meaning a probability.

The planetary configurations are similar to organ configurations and hierarchies.
Life emerged on this plant, and no other we know of, so the solar system must have some configuration, some relationship of bodies, that could explain this.

For instance, if not for Jupiter, our planet would have been bombarded with far more meteorites that it has been, making the emergence of life unlikely.
Second... one did manage to evade Jupiter's pull resulting in the extinction of the Dinosaurs, making the emergence of mammals, and man, possible - as if by divine will, Jupiter's choice, are we here discussing this - after the fact.
The temptation to explain events, after-the-fact, as if they were inevitable, or intentional, or part of some secret plan feeds into human existential anxiety.
Survivor's guilt - why, oh why, did I make it, when my buddies, or my family, did not (white man's guilt).
Genetic drift seeking an explanation as to why natural selection was usurped: meaning, purpose, as if there is something meant to be, or should be.

Black Panther wrote:
Satanic Holiness... I am pondering what that would amount to.

You tell me.
You've decided it amounts to something, something important, so all that remains for you to do is pull this something out of you, and share it with all of us.
What it "amounts to" is the pattern relationship's meaning.

What does this "Satanic" symbol amount to in your mind, in your heart, in your soul?
Is it cosmic?
Is it eternal?

Now, unless we discover other life forms, on other planets, with the same pentagram configuration, then there is little precedent to go by - no sample pool to find a pattern within.
All we have are two planets, selected out of the rest, where some shape occurs, over a planet where life did emerge... and which we like to think means something that might explain why we exist, and what we should do with this existence - the uni-verse sending us messages, talking to us in code.

Is the planetary sphere, a symbol's outline, perfect?
Is our planet a sphere, or tending towards it?

Thankfully, it is not perfect. I like to think that nothing is, but that rather all is a result of each thing having somewhat jagged edges with respect to other things. This accumulates when beings combine.

Let's not go into the multifold ways in which the pentagram occurs in nature; there is scientific reason for this, namely that the form bears the golden ratio, in which things grow in balance over time, like a rams horn or a snails house. A starfish is a more direct example.

What interests me is that such a seemingly arbitrary thing as the perspective on one planet from another forms a quite-near-perfect pentagram.
In fact, following through on the observation that in nature this form represent balanced growth over time, it suddenly interests me to consider the planet Venus as an indicator, an arm of a clock of human growth.

In astrology, Venus is considered to represent Values. As these accumulate, the valuer also transforms. From holding values physically, in goods and abundance that came from power, to holding values intellectually, in elegance that brings power.

Given that all is ultimately random, we can consider that the pentagram, along with other basic geometric forms, are represented in nature as the opposite of a perfect thing; namely, as the averages of a near infinity of wildly imperfect things.

Forms are averages, end results of tremendous erring and waste; they are the children of a fundamental spendthrift of the universe, which is quite baffling, and which some choose to honor in these shapes, often misunderstanding them for the beginnings of things.

Archetypes are accumulations of paths taken.

The worship of what the Kristjuns made into Satan and the Devil is far older then the Hellenic or the Israelite world. Originally, the "Star of David" is said to be a glyph attributed to Saturn, and it simply represents the cardinal directions intertwined and is a representation of a cube; it thus represents matter, in its limited form. It is said the be the most evil pattern, potentially, as in occultism the furthest receded causes are attributed the greatest likelihood of being agents of "evil". So new gods keep being invented and coming along to the imaginations of tribes to make life softer and softer, 'better' and 'better'... until even the invention which made things softer was too hard, had become brittle and died in the will to ever greater softness that man displays; but against this current, there is the will of nature itself which breaks into human habits through certain rugged or extremely refined tastes... life finds a way against the backdrop of Christianity and post-Christianity. This way usually has sharp turns, sharp edges, like runes.

Mercury, closest to the Sun, was attributed by the Romans to Odin.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Now this may seem strange as Mercury is so small, but he is also the closest to the heat, and has to endure the greatest blaze, and functions qua subtle radiation as a lens for the suns 'logos' - power. It somehow transmutes the raw blaze into a concentrated form; because of its small distance, Mercury is never further removed from the sun than twenty eight degrees - "Prometheus" when rising ahead, indicating someone who thinks ahead, "Epimetheus" when rising after, indicating one who reflects in hindsight.

In any case Mercury is associated with knowledge and processing information, therefore also with coordination of movement.

Where the pattern of Venus and her retrogrades, amounting in the pentagram, is almost never discussed by astrologers, Mercury's retrogrades are a source of panic and strict discipline for a lot of them. The latest of these periods was a month are so that just ended the 24th. It is considered a bad time for all communications and technically coordinated things. One could say the trickester is at his most prevalent during such times.

But Satan is no trickster. He does not deal with knowledge, but with will, desire; with values.
According to god-religion, man is entitled to such and such and not to this or that. Values are set from above, but to the Satanist values are set from within, or 'below' - at least from the lower-inside. Unlike the Christian cross, it is bottom-heavy.

All is imperfect, as all is not absolute, Jagged edges, made smooth in the interpreting, abstracting mind.
Consuming is a transfiguration of the alien into a form the body can assimilate. What cannot is expelled as toxic... and the same goes for what the mind consumes as stimuli.
Mind interprets, reducing the phenomenon to a form it can process - simplifying/generalizing... the excess dismissed.
What is left is the order it relates to, because it has been transformed into what can be assimilated - reduced to a bio-code.
The rest is expelled as noetic waste - toxic, leaving behind the pristine, the seemingly perfect.

Patterns, symmetries, relationships... proportions.
Why Venus and not all patterns?
How Venus stands before Sun, might be the reason.

All order has value in relation to an ideal, a goal.
What goal does Venus represent in your mind?
Erotic unity?
Sexual dominance?

A forager of patterns will find patterns everywhere.

Golden Ratio associated with the Mandelbrot set: iteration, which is a congruity of patterns emerging as the combinations/configurations of life.
Infinite divisibility, moving in time/space, in a circular pattern - interplay of attraction/repulsion.
So, it indicates a imperfect, ephemeral, balance: a relationship in relative harmony, interacting - resisting chaos, tending towards absolute order.
This is the building block of all particles, elements - order(ing).
Echo of a past... nostalgia for the lost near-absolute, almost complete singularity - death wish: positive (masculine) Nihilism: in the east, the dream of attain enlightenment, and not to have to be born again.
The "tending toward" is completed in the mind... as vague fantasy.
Highest goal for life... irony, to not be reborn - nihilistic ideal.
Part of the binary box of the Nihilist paradigm, trapping the human mind.

Attracted to what we lack, what we are losing constantly, we consume patterns - we forage for what reminds us of ourselves, wanting to appropriate so as to repair the attrition of (inter)activity, or what remains in disharmony, and is repulsive, even in the seemingly most balanced relationships/unities.
We see what we need.

We covet.

Yes...I call this approximation.
simplification/generalization is the method of approximation, leaving behind a ambiguous absolute, a vague perfection....a symbol.

What cannot be assimilated into an abstraction is the "evil"....chaos, the random, or the complex, hiding some mysterious order.

All geometry and mathematics is founded no approximations.
The order we perceive is how we can comprehend the other, by converting it onto an intimate abstraction.
We see ourselves everywhere.

Geometry could be said to be the right hand path. Obedience. But neither the Runes nor any magical glyph are akin in their being a visual form to such an approximation - the geometry occurs rather as the crater of some wild violence, which is direct.

"The runes need to be the device which breaks through into the subconscious realms - irrational devices - they can have nothing to do with 'writing', but must be symbols, wild." - Merlin

Where the Sacred Geometry is a science of passive reception of what is inevitable, the Runic impulse likes to cuts into that fabric and draw blood.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
thurisaz

"Rip, thorn. Ragged, drawn out tear in the fabric. Gaping black out of which monsters (can) come. White teeth, cat teeth, sharks, or the horns of a bull. Wrathful, seriously pissed, lightning hurled down in irritation, flat, hard ramming. Then, silence to lick the wounds and wait until the beep subsides. The Thurisaz rune initiates the world into the heart of a man, the awesomeness he loves in youth so as to not grow cowardly in age. Memory of disorienting rattling and wounds, a leg stuck to a spike, sudden blood, mesmerizing pain that forgets the future and becomes the now. The blow of the axe, the small setback in the weaving of a fine fabric. The error around which we seek for re-perfection. In this sense Thurisaz is the father to god or the religious instinct. But it is not the religious instinct, rather the opposite. That which ruptures and ravishes before the maiden ready. Cruel bindings, love of life's zig-zag motions, a too sharp curve in a roller-coaster, a voice breaking, becoming hoarse and truthful. A nail struck right on the head. A single hailstone that comes through the roof and splits the table, shattering the grails and goblets, then laughter and wine and gratitude for life."

So this forum strikes me as an environment where Satanism isnt uncommon. On the other hand I might be mistaken, I may generalize the Earth-impulse too much.

Lets not equate Satan to Dionysos, or to Satyrs - people, especially young males, tend to group every like thing together as if all pertaining to a great similitude. But I prefer nuance, as it is out of nuance that I draw content.

It's often been said that Satan is a woman, or that women are Satan; the nature of tempter, and of nightly - given that the male is usually the sun - and the general object of lust that Satan represents argue for this statement, but still the notion of a dark prince holds.

In the flesh, Satan may be served best by women. They are oblivious to the line between lust and love, and they can be pulled in as many directions as exist; one could say Woman is the plasma that transmutes the chtonic will of Satan into human affairs.

Such romantic imagery.
I can replicate it, but I do not respect such inflated artistry.
My language is interested in clarity, precision, not for emotional effect.
When I use the word "Pattern", instead of "Value", or "God", or "One", or "Substance" or any other, it is for a reason.

Your interest in the pentagram, and now in Satan, is about a man seeking "power" in symbols.
I only seek clarity, the un-covering, which may, or may not, lead to power, and when I say "power" I man over myself, with power over others being an extension.
Power to attract, and and to repulse, willfully.

Sex, the erotic, is central in your psyche.
The female, and how to bring her to you, as if by magic - to save her?
To copulate with her and birth something extraordinary?
To dominate her, as a symbol of your power over nature?

Your obsession with the rune thurisaz is the key.
To possess such keys, to hold them - to be the key-master.

So why does Satyr hold such sway in his grim, countenance, sometimes breaking into the laughter of the cruel kynic?

Perhaps that key can be found in the paradox of power:
To need/suffer, to be dependent, is to reach, to move intentionally towards...
A paradox females can appreciate intuitively, though they may not know why.
He who most desires them is most unworthy of their gifts.

The Bad Boy paradox... already explored.
Power displayed as indifference to the particular, independence from the specific - a metaphorical possession of options.

Though I am adept in Dionysian methods, I prefer Apollonian beauty.
To clarify, illuminate, order...

The woman wants to feel wanted, but not by everyone.
Her self-esteem determines her discrimination: who and why...

In this the feminine in you, stands apart.
Wanting to be seen.
You compete with what you wish to seduce, and possess.

The feminine is the moon, shining brighter when she reflects a powerful sun - her coldness warmed by his energies.
She melts, and flows.
At night the energy rising as if from inside of her.

She is earth and moon, mind a satellite of her volcanic body.
Mind cold, and dark...Body bursting with untapped lava flows.

There are two types of women. One behaves in the way you describe; she is like an animal, she knows instinctively to be attracted to the man that already is satiated, that has proven his capacity to hunt; this woman is unthinking, wholly animal, and usually dumb. She can be hot or repulsive, it doesnt matter.

The other type is the evolved, cultural woman. She appreciates herself enough to know that she is worth being chased, and she takes insult at a man who doesnt expend himself to her favor. I consider this a higher echelon of sexuality and attraction, 'valuing' - on this level the game includes the intellect, and conversations are required to rather address things than avoid them, as in the former case - where indeed sounds need to be made fit to a baby-state, a preparation for the physical communication to which the hollow conversation was a lead up.

Generally, I find that universal categories never apply. There is no single behavior that describes all women, or all sexuality. There are always types. I would regard as the higher type of woman, the more evolved type with greater possibilities for manifestation of his qualities in the outside world, the type of woman that has some notion about men, and their work in the world. the lower type has no ideas about men, they just do or do not push their buttons. It is a dirty business just interacting with women pushing their buttons. Too much cunningness, and too much stupidity to ignore.

The higher type of woman appreciates also the folly of the chase, she is patient with a man who is searching his potential for ways to impress her - she respects nature to a deeper degree, different types of pleasure are available to her. She can not be conquered by beastly tactics, she must be approached in much the same way as a knight used to approach a jonkvrouw. I feel more comfortable with this method, it works for me, I dont have to betray or hide myself. Its just that not many women fit this standards, respond in this way. But the ones that do tend to be worth the agon.

The sun, the moon, the stars all bear my seal

Oh yeah!

Follow me now and you will not regret
Leaving the life you led before we met
You are the first to have this love of mine
Forever with me 'till the end of time

Your love for me has just got to be real
Before you know the way I'm going to feel
I'm going to feel
I'm going to feel

Oh yeah!

Now I have you with me, under my power
Our love grows stronger now with every hour
Look into my eyes, you will see who I am
My name is Lucifer, please take my hand

"Phosphoros “issuing from the waters of the Ocean, raises in heaven his sacred head to announce the approach of divine light.” (Iliad, XXIII. 226; Odyss: XIII. 93; Virg: Æneid, VIII. 589;Mythol. de la Grèce Antique: 247).

He holds a torch in his hand and flies through space as he precedes the car of Aurora. In the evening he becomes Hesperos, “the most splendid of the stars that shine on the celestial vault” (Iliad, XXII. 317).

He is the father of the Hesperides, the guardians of the golden apples together with the Dragon; the beautiful genius of the flowing golden curls, sung and glorified in all the ancient epithalami (the bridal songs of the early Christians as of the pagan Greeks); he, who at the fall of the night, leads the nuptial cortège and delivers the bride into the arms of the bridegroom. (Carmen Nuptiale. See Mythol. de 1a Grèce Antique. Decharme.)"

Quote :
"Sometimes the fabric between the two realms is lifted or torn and the effect is momentous, impossible to explain. It usually happens when the rational mind (masculine) has become too dominant, threatening the balance of life by depleting us of mystery, magic and awe (feminine). A grand act of surrealism, for better or worse, throws our rational minds into chaos, challenging our set notion of which realm, exactly, we are in. It's a form of death, when everything familiar suddenly isn't. And at this opening between the veils (in Greek, the word apocalypse means 'lifting of the veil'), there is a moment of truth or grace, when time just stops and feels infinite at once. This is the expression of the 'mute' number, 11."

Astrtarology

As such therefore, Venus also connected to the near-death-experience, a par-Ox-ysm of being overtaken by too much. Nietzsche suffocated from a near-death melancholy of having seen too much, of the beautiful. The saccharine weight of his soul upon lifting the nuptial golden veils of the sea...

Goethe wrote:
"There, for the first time, the meaning of song was unlocked for me. From a distance a voice sounds exceedingly strange, like a lament without sadness, there is something unbelievably touching about it, that even moves one to tears. . . . And yet one can imagine that a listener up close would derive little pleasure from such voices that have to fight with the waves of the sea. . . . It is the song of a solitary person sent out into distant reaches so that someone of like disposition may hear it and respond." [Italian Journey]

Rene Girard says, one never desires the other, but desires what the other desires, and the rivalry and violence from such mimetic mirror doublings in society is quelled by some substitute scape-goat. The satan, meaning the "accused".
Wherever there is a lack of differentiation - like in doubles, in twins, rivals competing over the same, there is always a violence that is quelled by transference/sacrifice. The modern credit-money is base-less [as a pun to innocent scapegoat] and where all violence is dumped. But being so undifferentiated, it is also where violence begins.
It is a 'scandal'.

Scandal, as defined by Girard:

Quote :
Scandal

"Pursuit and defense of an acquisitive desire mimetically reinforces the desire of the rival/model/obstacle and vice-versa, leading to an escalation of conflict unless something external to the conflict (like a taboo or a legal authority) intercedes or unless one of the rivals submits or dies. Girard calls this mimetic escalation scandal, after the Greek word skandalon,  suggesting a “trap” or “snare.” A chief characteristic of scandal is that attempts to escape a problem only makes the problem worse (analogous to pulling against a snare). An example is the behavior of a nation-state perceived to be threatened by another nation-state. (A familiar situation?) Its defensive preparations look to its rival like aggressive provocations, which only increase the perceived threat. The rival then arms itself defensively, which is interpreted as aggression by the other side, and so on and so on. Therefore, the actions that were undertaken to secure each nation from threat have actually increased the threat and have fed a dynamic that is dangerously self-reinforcing (e.g. Europe, circa 1914.)"

Scandal

At the psychological level of provoking, mimesis introduces a "scandal" which has an avalanche effect of slowly dissolving differences, and how one is able to penetrate the other, rendering each other into mirrors.

Venus before the mirror:

At the lower level, values are mimed desires.
First integration of matter is mimed, blind behavior.
Self-reflection needs a "prompt" [mercury - ';'].
This either liberates one's be-ing or one continues to see and desire - covet, what the other desires.
Market-prices go up when suddenly everyone pays attention to something, something hardly anyone would notice if it weren't in demand. You had it all along and it was worthless, but a neighbor expresses a desire for it, and suddenly its worth in your eyes goes up. "Precious" commodities and pop culture values as such false market "spec-ulations".

Difference between satan and sun is one between knowledge and truth, or ritual and myth;

Nietzsche wrote:
"The Devil has the most extensive perspectives for God; on that account he keeps so far away from him: - the Devil in effect, as the oldest friend of knowledge.”

"I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven." [Luke. 10]

"(He said to them) (I saw)    (satan) (as) (lightning) (from) (heaven, heights) (fall)
"epo de autos    theoreo ho  Satanas  hos   astrape    ek ho     ouranos      pipto" [ib.]

Quote :
"Rather, note in the Canaanite pantheon, there was an astro-deity of either the Evening Star, setting sun or dusk, named Shalim (presumably suggesting the ‘completion’ of the day and the ‘resting’ of the solar energies, or else the ‘tranquility’ at dusk and perhaps in significant association with the Evening Star). Compare also the Akkadian name for “sunset” as shalām shamshi (presumably the “resting/peace of the sun” in its setting at the “end/completion” of the day).

With regards to the Evening Star and the “completion” or “rest” at the end of the day, note that the start of the Jewish Sabbath (from shavat ‘ceasing from work, to rest’) is timed from sunset on Friday on the night before the day of Saturday (whereas most or many other ‘beginnings’ start from the beginning of the solar day at dawn). So it appears that the name Jerusalem—if originating as uru-shalim—was founded on the formal observation or worship of the setting sun and/or Venus as the Evening Star. On this point, note that the most sacred space within the Jerusalem Temple was the “Holy of Holies” which was located towards the west end of the Temple. Something to ponder."

The honesty of a brute is preferable to the gentleness of a gentleman that is a charade and a lip-service;
and, the gentleness of a man of manners is preferable when the 'honesty' of the brute is only a tantrum for their exhausted 'anything-goes' will.

Modern females cannot tell one from the other.

Every incomplete work is like an abortion, sad on this plane, but perhaps fulfills some higher justice one cannot know, or so we tend to think.

When something falls apart or gives way, the best thing one can do is to wish and will, it gives way to something better, or that it re-turns in a different con/figuration. And one carries on that work oneself as one's own, as a privilege and pride.
I say with pride, because over-responsibility can quickly turn into a false sense of guilt, or in star-lang., "psychic clots/psychic garbage".
And we re-member - put them back together through deeds, and see them live on there.

The moon is not just some secondary component that simply reflects the light of the sun. Poor formations of moon, give birth to vessels that shatter and crack easily. The moon is the great vessel that bears the sun;

"Whereas the Sun represents the divine spark descending into matter to create life, the Moon is the receptacle receiving that divine spark, the chalice in which life grows, the substance of which all things are made. This is why the Moon is exalted in Taurus, for Taurus is the sign of matter, substance, receptivity and springtime, when the fertile Earth receives the outrushing seed of life."

The "hood" of the female procreative organ, resembles both the snake and the bull, and may explain why Dionysos was linked with both.

"Celestial Diane, goddess argentine" - Shakespeare, Cymbeline

Silver, the reflective, reflecting element of the moon, is the prime chemical compound used in developing negatives into photographic memories, which require total dark. The Direct-or's Taurine frame, "ready, action!" take charge onto the moving silver-screen. Not incidentally, also plays a part in bone-healing;

Quote :
"The pure silvery Moon was associated with the chaste Moon goddesses, Artemis, 'the Huntress with the Silver Bow', and Diana, whose images were cast from silver. The silversmiths of Ephesus who made such images are referred to in the New Testament.

Today, in the delicate chemistry of silver we may trace its Moon-nature. It is a metal which requires darkness for its reactions. A photographer needs darkness in his studio to work with this metal. Special bottles and pipettes made of dark glass are used for solutions of silver, and its salts are quickly spoilt by exposure to the light of day.

Astrologers associate the Moon with the faculty of imagination, of fantasy, as for example in imaginative writers or dreamy poets. The same property is seen in the way silver is able to create images. In photography it creates a memory-image of the past, in mirrors it gives an image of what is in present time before it. Today, most mirrors are made by coating glass with silver. When looking at a mirror we never feel we are looking at a sheet of silver. There is a certain receptiveness and passivity here, and similarly when looking at a photograph it never occurs to us that we are really looking at the differential precipitation of colloidal silver. We are not aware at all of the metal but only of the image it provides.

Silver is used by the cinema industry to form its 'images of the silver screen'. Silver has always been the staple metal used for making films, in colour as well as in black and white, and the film industry is a major drain on the world's silver reserves. From an astrological viewpoint, one can say that the dreams and fantasies which the cinema manufactures are somewhat lunar in nature, because the Moon is associated with dreams and the imagination. By its delicate and receptive Moon nature, the metal silver, in celluloid, will faithfully record light images.

The metal chromatography techniques developed by Kolisko are another example of the image-forming powers of silver. Here the varying images built up by the precipitation of colloidal silver are produced not by light but by the changing conditions of the cosmos itself. Properly used, this technique is an empirical method of investigating the correspondences here described. Silver's Moon-quality of receptiveness here manifests remarkably.

Most of the world's silver occurs dissolved in the oceans, reminding us of the Moon's connection with water-processes. Silver iodide is used to make rain, by sprinkling it as a fine dust onto rainclouds, which leads to condensation. Shakespeare called the Moon 'Pale governess of floods', and rainfall as well as the tides has been shown to vary with the lunar cycle.

In the 1950s, ionic silver began to be used as a bacteriocide for water purifying systems, in the form of a precipitate on carbon granules. A U.S. Navy study, using ships passing through contaminated waters, found that a silver concentration of ten parts per billion made the water safe for drinking (homeopathically, a D8 concentration), and this method is nowadays used by shipping companies. Good domestic water-purifying systems nowadays contain, as well as an ion-exchange system, a silver tube which acts as a bacteriocide.

It has long been known that water carried in silver flagons stays fresh. Settlers moving across the American West would purify a container of water by leaving a silver dollar in it overnight. At the John Hopkins University of Maryland, researchers kept a community swimming pool clean just with a carbon-silver purifier.

"Reflective,  image-forming (imaginative),  receptive,  impressionable,  sensitive,  pure"

Silver has a dynamic way of healing injured and damaged tissue. This was pioneered by Dr Robert Becker in “The Body electric” 1973. He found that by using silver electrodes he could stimulate bone-forming cells and stimulate healing of the skin and soft tissue, as described in a recent review by Mr Best:  “Partly as a result of Becker’s work silver has been used in bone healing for many years now and is incorporated into bandages to speed up healing … a recent US study reported that silver catheters can prevent urinary tract infections much better then uncoated ones."

Silver Moon

The charge-plug.

In its colloquial usage, the word plug or the phrase plug-away, stands for a repetitive routine;

Quote :
plug (v.) "close tightly (a hole), fill," 1620s, from plug (n.) or from Dutch pluggen. Meaning "work energetically at" is c. 1865. Sense of "popularize by repetition" is from 1906.
Electrical sense is from 1883, based on being inserted; meaning "sparking device in an internal combustion engine" is from 1886. Meaning "advertisement" first recorded 1902, American English, perhaps from verb sense "work energetically at" (c. 1865).

Repetive routines become Habits become Values become Habit-ats.
Zizek spoke on Habits and Zombies in this essay on German idealism.
Heidegger had the other end in his Thinking and Dwelling.

The corollary to the charge-plug is the rune Perthro, the open cauldron.

Rune of fate and the unmanifest, the universe at play;

"It marks an opening to a life beyond the ordinary, and shows us gifts due from a source that we would not expect."

The Taurus-Scorpio is not only apparent in the female biological diagram, but here too, from material wealth to metaphysical wealth, the occult. The moon is subtle, pluto is remote [action from a distance]. Unseen hands at work, chance openings.
Perthro has been associated with the birthing position.
The dark lord [sovereign pluto in the seventh house] sees the invisible relations and swells worlds into being - the poet-shaman connecting vast chasms...

Satan doesn't always have horns.

Lord Alfred Douglas wrote:

The Legend of Spinello of Arezzo

Spinello of Arezzo long ago,
A cunning painter, made a large design
To grace the choir of St. Angelo.
Therein he pictured the exploits divine
Of the Archangel Michael, beautiful
Exceedingly, in wrath most terrible.
Until at last that holy place was full
Of warring angels ; and that one who fell
From the high places of the highest Heaven
Into the deep abyss of lowest Hell,
He pictured too, in mad disaster driven
Before the conquering hosts of Paradise.
And him the painter drew in uncouth shape,
A foul misshapen monster with fierce eyes,
Of hideous form, half demon and half ape.

And lo ! it fell out as he slept one night,
His soul, in the sad neutral land of dreams
That lies between the darkness and the light,
Was 'ware of one whose eyes were soft as beams
Of summer moonlight, and withal as sad.
Dark was his colour, and as black his hair
As hyacinths by night, his sweet lips had
A curve as piteous as sweet lovers wear
When they have lost their loves ; so fair was he,
So melancholy, yet withal so proud,
He seemed a prince whose woes might move a tree
To find a fearful voice and weep aloud.
He spoke, his voice was tunable and mellow,
But soft as are the western winds that stir
The summer leaves, and thus he said, "Spinello,
Why dost thou wrong me ? I am Lucifer."

In Egypt, Hathor was the High Priestess.
In Greek she is said to have been transposed on Aphrodite born by the castrated phallus of Ouranos from the foams of the water, and the Roman Venus.

I speculate, the symbol in between the head-horn, which could be seen as a dionysian Phallic worship, the vigour and virility of the bull, rapidly multiplied into other implications in Phoenicia and Canaan.
(Or perhaps it was just the sun or moon as a date or seed in between a palm leaf.)

The Phoenician goddess Tanit shows the varied forms in the depictions:

When the horns are narrowed and the circle spills out, the form takes the appearance of a female-like key-hole/gateway to the other world, feminine child-birth/initiative mysteries, phoenix as the soul arising from the dead, and arriving at the last figure where the horn is totally closed, it takes the shape of a "Pi" [golden ratio geometries], and together under the downward pointing crescent, it comes to be seen as a downward palm, literally as the downward leaves of the palm tree, and non-literally as the 'hand of god' - from which one gets the 'Hamsa' and the concept of protection from the evil-eye, etc.:

The palm of the phoenic

The word Hamsa morphs into Khameeshu or Khamsa meaning 5 among the semites, and 10 - Asherah was said to be equated to Hathor;

Quote :
"The Pentagon, being infinite, shares the symbolism of perfection and the power of the circle. Five is a circular number because it reproduces itself when multiplied by itself (5 x 5=25 which includes five). Like the circle, the pentagram symbolizes the whole. The five, being a central number is a meeting point between heaven and Earth plus the center.
It is thought by some to have originated with the Phoenicians to honor Tanit who was a patron of Carthage.
One explanation of it's symbolism is that the five fingers can be used to blind anyone with evil intent towards the wearer.
In cheiromancy, or palm-reading, the hand is a microcosm of the entire human, so as a metonymy, it's not merely a phallic substitute.  It represent the whole entity.  Furthermore, according to the cheiromancers, the human is him/herself a microcosm, a mirror of the universe.  It is there unsurprising to see that the hand has a history of being used to represent certain gods and in the Western tradition, God Himself.
Horapollo says that among the Egyptians the hand was the symbol of a builder, or one fond of building, because all labor proceeds from the hand."

The 'dharma-bull' is a commonsymbol of protection and guardianship. "The bull is featured in art and statue guarding entryways into temples, protecting doorways and is believed to ward off thievery" and other adharmic deeds.

Soon, the slaying of the Bull commanded by the hand of god and other masonic forces, and fusion of various currents become Mithraism - baptism under the blood of the slain fertile bull which becomes the founding ground of the world, and from Mithraism into Xt, or as some see in this, the transition from the age of taurus;

Quote :
"In the age of Taurus, the leader of a collective culture or civilization - for example the early pharaohs of Egypt - was seen as the head of spiritual hierarchy, responsible for the prosperity of his people.

In the age of Aries, however, the idea of a leader shifted to one who was chief of the army - for example Caesar in Rome - who represented the spirit of Rome conquering. Leaders in each age were both divine (that is, they were the physical incarnation of god) but executed their roles with the very differences that describe Venus (Taurus) and Mars (Aries).

The sign of the Ram during this period signified the desire to express oneself as an individual, and to dominate one's environment. Battering rams (often with real ram horns on the tip) were used on the gates of besieged cities. The Greek culture that developed reflects very much this principle, for it was based on the ability of a person to represent himself individually: in spirit, law, and character. This idea also evolved into their societies, for every Greek city-state wished to be recognized as a separate individual power (which resulted in their downfall)."

In the Hamsa, Wiki mentions something about the hand of Venus, which I have no idea what it may be referring to…

In any case, back to Greece, two sets of myth;

Zeus as the Bull and the rape of e-UR-opa:

In both myths, the bull is an overwhelming force that carries you off with its momentum.
In both myths, rape may allude to acculturation in the sociological sense, the first forms of matter [greek city state] manifesting as a jumbled con-fusion of hybrid forms.

In the symbolic sense, a rape is the breaking of oaths, a "breach" of trust as with Minos, which dis-charges a karmic momentum and wrecks havoc on the whole city…

The horn carrying the circle con-volutes into labyrinths.

The beast dis-integrates into the animal.

Etymologically, the words Tradition and Treason are stems from the same root.

Doesn't Satan come tempting with promises of bright careers for people, and the cash to be had, the name, the renown, the fame and fruits in the spotlight?

Sloterdijk wrote:
Dante's Inferno and Satan at the centre.

"If you turn to the vision of the world in the Middle Ages, you find the classical Aristotelian concept of spherology, according to which the earth is included as one of seven layers of cosmic, ethereal substances that carry the planet. The outermost boundary consists of what they call the Empyrean, the crystal heaven — or, according to Dante, the dwelling place of God and the source of light and creation. There is no real beyond.
This creates ample trouble for positioning God, saints, elected human beings, angels, and all those created in the middle, because they had to be located somewhere, in that vision of the world. The horror of a vacuum was so strong that they could not tolerate the idea of emptiness. Consequently, in this vision of the world everything is full. To be a human being means to live on the surface of the lowest sphere. Yet inside the earth, there are still more layers, down to where Satan has his residence. That’s what you learn by reading Dante — a Satan-centric view of the world.
The medieval vision of the world is Satanocentric. You cannot combine the geological and theological visions of the world; there is a profound contradiction between these two construction principles that compete throughout the Middle Ages. On the one hand, it is evident that the vision of the world has to be theocentric. God has to be at the center. But in which center? The best place in the universe is already occupied by Satan. At the coldest point, Satan constantly cries without being able to cry.
The location of the divine could thus not be determined in the classical vision. Classical metaphysics failed.
Spherology as cosmology failed. Construct the vision of the world from its own principles and you encounter necessary contradictions. The supralunar world is condemned, inhabited by beings who are condemned."

The Torus

Whereas the Vector Equilibrium represents the ultimate stillness of energy, the Torus shows us how energy moves in its most balanced dynamic flow process. The important thing to understand about the torus is that it represents a process, not just a particular form.

A torus consists of a central axis with a vortex at both ends and a surrounding coherent field. Energy flows in one vortex, through the central axis, out the other vortex, and then wraps around itself to return to the first incoming vortex. The simplest description of its overall form is that of a donut, though it takes many different shapes, depending upon the medium in which it exists. For example, a smoke ring in air or a bubble ring in water are both very donut shaped. And yet an apple or an orange, which are both torus forms, are more overtly spherical. Plants and trees all display the same energy flow process, yet exhibit a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Hurricanes, tornadoes, magnetic fields around planets and stars, and whole galaxies themselves are all toroidal energy systems. Extending this observation of the consistent presence of this flow form into the quantum realm, we can postulate that atomic structures and systems are also made of the same dynamic form.

Here's a video showing a simple example of a torus flow using a spring metal hoop:"

Torque

"Torque, moment, or moment of force (see the terminology below) is the tendency of a force to rotate an object about an axis, fulcrum, or pivot. Just as a force is a push or a pull, a torque can be thought of as a twist to an object. Mathematically, torque is defined as the cross product of the vector by which the force's application point is offset relative to the fixed suspension point (distance vector) and the force vector, which tends to produce rotation.

Loosely speaking, torque is a measure of the turning force on an object such as a bolt or a flywheel. For example, pushing or pulling the handle of a wrench connected to a nut or bolt produces a torque (turning force) that loosens or tightens the nut or bolt."

Ernest Gellner wrote:
"Modern philosophy, from Descartes onwards and including the present generation of philosophers, can be defined as belief in the devil. What gives post-Cartesian philosophy unity is the daemon. Descartes invented him, but all the others believe in him.

Why and how did Descartes invent him? As is well known, Descartes, surveying the chaos of past errors, and noticing that even the greatest absurdities were believed by someone, hoped that reason could lift itself by its own bootstraps and liberate itself from all possible error. But to do that one had to start from scratch. Now, if you want to start from scratch the main difficulty is to find the scratch; to find that firm point from which the totally new but safe departure is to be made. This is where the assumption of the devil comes in. Assume an evil-minded and all-powerful devil whose aim is to frustrate you, and above all to frustrate you in attempts to know anything about the world.

Now try, just try really seriously to make this assumption and see which of your convictions stand up to it: very few, if any. Still, there might be some convictions that survived. There may be some convictions which even on the assumption of the malignant daemon who interferes with us, must still remain indubitably true. If indeed there are such, then they constitute the scratch. They must be the bedrock, the firm and truly reliable base, the foundation of a new edifice. Now just this was the function in Descartes of the assumption of the devil: to use it as an acid test, as a means of isolating that which is really certain, from that which only appears so. Note that for this it is quite unnecessary for the devil really to exist; only the assumption, not the reality, is required. And as a matter of historical fact, Descartes did not believe in his existence. On the contrary, he believed that the truth of rigorous thinking was underwritten by a benevolent God.

The particular firm base that Descartes managed to locate by his device is well known: I think, therefore I am. I may doubt everything, but the doubt itself is a case of thinking, and therefore I exist. Whatever can be doubted, whatever may be suspect as a possible front of the devil, one’s own existence cannot. This argument can be interpreted in (at least) three ways: as what contemporary philosophers would call a pragmatic paradox, as hinging on the fact that the occurrence of a doubt is itself an instance of thinking, and hence the existence of thought is proved by the very doubt itself. Or it can be interpreted as an argument from the certainty and indubitability of the immediate data of consciousness. Or again, it may be interpreted as the argument that an activity entails an agent, a manifestation entails a substance of which it is the manifestation. Whichever of these interpretations we adopt, the arguments conveyed have interesting subsequent histories.

For most philosophers after Descartes, the devil was far from fictitious. They did not assume his existence, whilst remaining quite confident that he did not exist. No, on the contrary, they firmly believe that he exists. Subsequent philosophers can be classified according to how they identified him. The first theory was that the devil was our own mind. It was our own mind which organized the systematic misrepresentation which Descartes feared but did not really think went on. It is our own mind which makes us believe in the existence of things which are not truly there, or obscures the existence of those which are. There are many variations on this theme. For instance, it may be held that our mind misleads us by trusting the senses too much; but it has also been supposed that it misleads us through indulgence in abstract thought.

The second major theory is that the devil is history. This theory grew very naturally from the earlier identification of the daemon with mind. Thinkers such as Locke or Hume thought they were carrying out their investigations into the human understanding, or human nature as such; that by dissecting the mind they would be able to tell us enough about the habits of this one daemon, so that anyone anywhere could be forewarned. Not that Hume, for instance, was unaware of something that we may call cultural relativism; still, basically it was the same mind everywhere, the same devil.

The transition from identifying the daemon with mind to identifying him with history came after Kant, and was perhaps implicit in some of his views. If for Kant truth was still unique, error was not random. Error as much as truth reflected the structure of the mind (perhaps more so); such basic errors as exist are external manifestations of something essential in us, and they will for that very reason tend to appear in certain patterns. The errors that we find on looking back at the history of thought are not like the random dispersal round the bull’s eye, a tedious record of trial and error with more error than trial. On the contrary, they are more like the figures on the Swiss clock which appear regularly.

But if error can be deeply revealing and even have a tendency to appear in certain patterns, then why should not the same hold of truth? Indeed it is only a small step to such a conclusion. After Kant, it was less often taken for granted that mind was manifesting itself almost identically in all men. And the source of systematic error was no longer to be sought in the mechanics of mind but in history, in the temporal, geographical, social background of knowledge. The devil who interferes with our apprehension of reality had assumed a new shape. Historicist daemonologies such as the Marxist or the Spenglerian contain accounts of how the daemonology is itself exempt from daemonic distortion, or even of how the daemon himself guarantees its truth.

This historical devil is far from dead today. But whilst the doctrine that man is a slave of history is still alive and kicking, it is not the dominant one at present. The ruling daemon at present, at least in this country, is language.

The manner in which the linguistic devil developed out of the historical one is a subtle business, but there was a logical connection. The development went something like this. After Darwin, the daemon of history was joined by the related daemon of nature. Naturalism accompanied or replaced historism. Under the influence of the advance in biology, theories that the daemon is nature flourished. Pragmatism is the best known of these. Thinking, valuation, knowledge were all to be seen as natural processes governed by laws common to all nature. The tiger’s claw and the giraffe’s neck were, fundamentally, the same kind of phenomenon as geometrical reasoning, or the ten commandments.

This amounted to handing over thought bound and gagged to nature. Some philosophers resisted the various isms—psychologism, historism, naturalism— that is the interpretation of knowledge and truth as the manifestation of this, that or the other power controlling thought, controlling us altogether. These philosophers sought refuge from these daemons in logic, and contributed to a revival of that subject that took place towards the end of the last and the beginning of this century. The new interest in logic was motivated in part by this determination to see thought as really true and really false, rather than as a display of devilish tricks.

Logic profited greatly as a result of the new attention it received, though philosophy in the end did not.
Problems arose even in logic, and in consequence of investigations into the foundation of logic, it came to be held that logic is not such an error-impervious strong-hold after all. Logic is rooted in language: and thus the modern linguistic devil came to be born.

There is also the quite celebrated psycho-analytic or unconscious daemon, descended from his minddevil ancestor via Schopenhauer with an infusion from the biological member of the family.

I have suggested that types of modern philosophy since Descartes can be seen as rival identifications of the daemon as the mind, as history, as biological nature, as the Unconscious mind, as language. This might be called comparative diabolics. But there is another interesting way of grading modern philosophers which could be called differential daemonology.

At one end of the scale we can put those who decide to fight, who want to outwit the devil. Having come to the conclusion that he exists, that there is something systematically interfering with our pursuit of knowledge, they decide that it is their task to find ways and means of getting past him (of devising stratagems against him). These are the philosophers who give us rules of thought, who supply pre-fabricated methodologies which if carefully followed will act as charms against error; these philosophers give us formal recipes for what truth or meaning must be like. They see themselves as a kind of Intelligence Service of knowledge, ferreting out agents provocateurs amongst us and sending out spies to tell us of the enemy’s plans.

At the other end of the scale are those who in a way draw the logical conclusion from the fact that the daemon is all-powerful. If the deceiver is indeed all-powerful, what point in trying to outwit him? If the deceiver is all-powerful and systematic, cannot his deceptions be re-named—truth? Can we not make our submission and have done with it? There has been many such collaborationists among philosophers. They should hardly be called traitors, though the charge of trahison des clercs is in part levelled at them. Yet theirs was not treason, for they argued that their policy must prosper, the enemy being ex hypothesi allpowerful. Philosophers of this kind do not devise strategies, they try to smooth the path of occupation by explaining the pointlessness of resisting, and even of wishing that one could resist. Pointless lament, used roughly in this sense, became almost a technical term in recent philosophy. (Philosophers of this kind explain to us, for instance, that it is pointless to wish to know what things are really like as opposed to what they are like when seen and touched by us; that it is pointless to wish to know truth other than as conveyed by some language, and so on.)

Of course, there is no need for every philosopher to be either an all-out resister or an all-out collaborationist. Many or most of them are dispersed somewhere along the spectrum separating the two extremes. One may consider oneself capable of outwitting the daemon in some spheres and not in others.

Thus, for instance, Kant stood somewhere in the middle. His major work, the three great Critiques, is essentially a study of the various habits and doings of the mental daemon. The daemon was held to be invincible to the extent that we could not do without him, or break his habits, but he was not invincible to the extent of being able to hide his tricks; at least not after Kant had uncovered them for us. We had to go on living with them, but at least we knew what they were. The more pernicious ones, those tempting us into wild-goose chases, could be neutralized if not extirpated. And in one sphere, Kant deified the daemon; by equating morality with rationality, he equated moral truth with what the mind imposed.

Those who collaborate with the devil often justify it by giving him a good character. There is the sociological theory which makes out deceit to be important for the sake of social cohesion. A man will in some sense subscribe to beliefs which he does not really consider true because they are in his view the devices of a benevolent daemon, even if no longer an all-powerful one. Thus men may subscribe to mythologies which have, they think, desirable political or social functions. This is truly a case of helping a poor devil who can no longer deceive but who pleads good intentions.

Contemporary philosophy in this country has in the recent decades started out from an outlook which intended to outwit the devil by means of a perfect language and logic; these were intended as a kind of holy water that could keep him at bay. Any time the sulphur of metaphysics or of a seemingly insoluble problem was smelt, the incantation of a reduction of the problem in good logical grammar would restore order. Since then, however, whilst the devil continues to be identified with language, there has been an almost complete swing over to deifying him. Thus whatever language does is ipso facto O.K. The main school, the Oxonians, stand for the enthusiastic restoration of Oldspeak. At present they are such enthusiastic collaborators that their main joy is hunting out resisters caught with some of the old logical weapons still in their hands.

The most recent version of the linguistic devil is interesting in that the sphere in which the devil must be fought has shrunk very much indeed. All the common activities, scientific or ordinary, are fairly free from undesirable machinations. It is only past philosophical theories, whether metaphysical or positivist, that reveal his doings. A curious reversal! In the past, ordinary unreflective experience and thought were sometimes considered as the veil past which the philosopher must penetrate to find true reality. According to the new school, it is the veil which is reality; the doctrine that it is the veil is an illusion, and the only one. Descartes started a new philosophy by doubting virtually everything. This new school has started another by systematically doubting nothing. (This is known as Common Sense or respect for ordinary usage.) Or to use another parable; philosophy is still seen in terms of Plato’s cave, but the philosopher’s job is now said to be to lead us back into the cave." [The Devil in Modern Philosophy]

My question is this.

A value-system aiming at abolishing or at least speaking against the absolutism of monotheism, while Simultaneously advocating the preservation of diversity seems like a parody…

What can be the point of recovering pre-monotheistic origins of semitic wisdom, while hailing the right to israel at the same time? As if, any nation, any entity would ever, ever give up the lust to rule any which way over another?

All is will-to-self-assertion.

Regarding your comment on "its better to be a powerful and healthy female than a feeble male, at any time" is stuck on pure social power.

That statement needs more qualifying - what is real power, where is male feeble - who stops him from keeping him healthy?, what does he stand to lose in the small and big picture, is power even the right slicer or does man feel stong elsewhere and is that any good? etc. etc.

Address the rest later.

All things are born from war - Heraclitus.

I affirm Israel not because of their own notion of their right, but because, without any theory involved, I like their fire. I like that certain Jews have taken up the sword. I loathe pacifism. Id always stand with Israel against the Arabs, of course, I stand by my ancestry, I love the intellect (which the Arabs loathe) and I love war, and I loathe Islam, and the people advocating it...
And yet I do not make the claim that this is Justified in some other terms than my own;

what the goal is, to my mind, is for all of us to explicate our actual, living, inborn values to each other an ourselves, and based on this form alliances and strategies. No one will ever convince anyone else to change their values - rather, we can look deeply into values to see what they're worth, what they'd amount to if followed through;

My loyalty is with Odin, not with the Jewish God - but Odin loves war, and knowledge, and scheming, too - basically, Europe must have a lot of patience, endure a lot more dishonor, suffer for ten more years certainly, find more truth, see the consequences of its alliances, and produce a new generation, before Odin can come back.

But he will come back. Of course his return will be in the form of strife.
The world needs to turn still a bit tougher for him to be able to appear.

In as far as Zionists are working to enforce shit down our throats, they are my enemies; in as far as the wreck the middle east to restore their temple, they are admirable warriors. Not because their temple represents absolute truth or anything close to that, but because its an Earthly goal in a region smothered with Hinterweltlingen.

I consider a man weak if he walks the treadmill and makes a life out of that.  This is pure surrender, weakness, absence of individual power, no self-valuing integrity that works consciously, he is by all means a slave, and a component of a greater machine, not himself a real being.

To being such a man, I would prefer being a woman who does not walk the treadmill; that is to say, I prefer to exist, than to not exist.

I consider most humans to only partially exist.
In as far as one lets oneself be commanded how to act and prescribed what to value, one is not an entity. Most humans wouldnt know what it is to be an entity; one must be of strong birth to renounce the prescriptions.

A man can still walk the treadmill and forsake its truth in his own time, then he is struggling as a form of strength. And yet he does not escape the sickness.

Only when a man sets his own terms and is able to live by them, is he strong, free, virtuous, worthy of being. Such self-set terms are more often than not cultural choices; for example, the Roman man of culture, to whom being banished would be a fate worse than death. The only solution for such a man would be to conquer the city, merely for the right to inhabit it.

Look, if the story of the founding conquest of Israel wasnt so moralized, if it was just a war-story, it would be a beloved myth across the globe. Its a beautiful story of guerilla warfare, one of the few long term successful outcomes of such tactics. It includes terrorism and a great deal of cunning, but overall it is the story of an ancient will shaped of some material that we have largely lost touch with.

This oldness of their will, this is also what Nietzsche valued in them.
Like N, I am capable of judging without blessing or condemning - a trait unknown to the Christian, for whom taste and theoretical ethics are muddled so for neither to exist in their own integrity.

It does seem like in practical terms, the ones who have followed through the philosophy of the will to power with the greatest zeal are the Zionists. Under Odin, the men and women of the northern shores would always seek to learn from anyone who has gathered power through knowledge.

To trick a man in battle was regarded as a high act, worthy of Odin.

Let's say my Ethics, when it comes down to judging and weighing (the relative, where condemnation and blessing are absolute) political movements and powers, is almost purely in terms of staying true to the Earth.

So when a Zionist bulldozers a field of Olive Trees on Palestinian soil, my stomach turns and I imagine, naively perhaps, the old Jewish settlers rolling in their graves. There is much to loathe in Israel. But when I see the greens forced out of the deserts inhabited by the Jews, and compare it to the grey-brown Earth all across the Arab world, then I know these are fundamentally valid people, they know how to be on the Earth. The Arabs do not; they rather know how to live in the heat of the moment and their validity is not as masters; quite obviously, given their capacity to hold on to utter nonsense as a guiding principle. They were given the oil by fate, Pluto has been on their side. When in health they are striking people, and their ways to the Earth are so simple as to be poetic rather than realistic; the main thing I admire in Islam is the protocol for physical hygiene. What I look down on in the Israelis and modern Jews, is their kitchen - this is perhaps the thing that prevents them from becoming great like the Greeks; they separate meat and dairy... terrible clumsiness. Also the whole refusal to eat pork is a bad habit. Pig meat is good, makes men big and strong and light headed in the fight, as it can absorb so much poison. Semites are known to not hold their alcohol, and in general their god can be seen as a result of a high acid saturation. Still, in the light of the total barbarism of the middle east since Alexandrian influence waned for that terrible scholar of the 12th century, the Israeli scientific power is a delight to me, but this is in no small degree because I was raised by an agnostic Jewish scientist, and have those genes clocking my engines too.

Quote :
If the "first step" is to take the bull by the horns, its a call for a Theseus, a Wagner, a barbaric-romantic hero.

If it is to ride and direct the bull away into dharma, its a call for a Dionysos, an Achilles, a plutonic-excess hero, where the arena itself has to be widened, the context made pro-found with higher aims, the bull becomes small...
The pic. is marked under Saggitarius, the Archer-Direc-Taur of Jupiterian Excess

What follows is the sensual becomes elevated over the sexual, the beautiful stage of the Greeks. Hebe is replaced by Ganymede, a male center of gravity.
