Detachment creates void. This void is contained between self and subject. Like two lovers who part from each other and develop feelings of nostalgia from the separation. Their emotions taking on an intensity as a need to fill the absence of the other, resulting in an indirect form of closeness, of intimacy, not experienced when they were together. This occurs when we distance our consciousness from a subject. Schopenhauer says that one rarely ever thinks simply about the subject itself, but only its content. For this to succeed, there must be a separation of oneself from the subject in order to create a state of need; restlessness, which is an active condition of ordering. This will inspire greater depth into its nature, a need to peer into it closer. An intimacy of consciousness to subject, influenced by its distance away from our understanding, thus forming new thought processes to develop in order to understand it. So, when we finally face it head on and return to it, reunite with it, we will experience a far greater understanding of it, and it will turn from knowledge, to wisdom, from being to becoming, self to the world.

If we could suppose a natural state of potential, it would be that which is uninhibited. This is than the natural condition of which our potential is cultivated. If we can now imagine how much of this potential is squandered or usurped by the distraction of proving this potential to others; of the interaction instinct of socialization itself, we can imagine how little of ourselves are developed as a consequence, and by how much of ourselves are given to others.

To be free in one’s mind, means to allow a natural state to emerge of which the self finds a clearing to explore and prosper, once distractions have been removed. The nature of individualism, as it relates to the individual and not the individual in society, means to detach oneself from human affairs themselves and retreat into solitude. But it is not enough to simply retreat into a “comfort zone” of oneself, but to take that as the opportunity to flourish in one’s own abilities. To be wound up in a constant state of competition and the need for merit, means to lose the energy of the self which could be used to achieve higher objectives if it was focused into a freedom of being.

The age of superficial meritocracy, places one into a position of constant defense against their own weaknesses, instead of cultivating them into strengths. The need to constantly “prove” oneself, conflict, combat, compete and contest with others, all diminishes our potential to focus those energies into ourselves, toward higher pursuits. To remove oneself from such petty engagements, is as relieving and freeing, as it would be to drop a heavy weight from the shoulders. A mind free from the stress of these exacerbating trifles, will rekindle a clearer and more focused energy to be directed toward an isolated pursuit of fulfillment, and a chance to attain a real identity of power. By isolating ourselves, we isolate our objectives as well, and make of them the entirety of the energy that most give to others, and give them instead to that one centered goal of self-actualization.

There is a distinct duty to create, in spite of our duty to die; the duty to become creators of the world and by the world in spite of ourselves. To know, is to reflect knowledge back into a form of creation as tribute of that knowledge. To learn what our predecessors learned, to understand what was understood by them, is to give back to them by succeeding their memory and creating our own knowledge, building our own legacies, forming our own understanding, building upon the foundations of what came before us. It is not enough to acquire life; it must become life, cycles must repeat.

The feminine naivete is a representation of a vast expanse of nature. It touches upon all that is readily seen and understood. Its simplicity is the cosmic fabric upon which the masculine rests. It opens up the creative and imaginative Will, because it is without reason. Without the encumbrance of reason, will allow the freedom of wisdom to flourish.

Nihilism is used as an absolute affirmation of value based on its total rejection of it. One extreme redirecting to the other, and changing its meaning in the process, producing the intended dissociating effects on the individual psychological state. Nihilism is the guiding undercurrent. Ultimate power, in ultimate nothingness.

Survivalism, is always what ends up being what matters.
