I believe the case that man's evolution has been shaped by fire. The fire which is used to cook and prepare meals too.
Eating grains? We don't have the muscle-stomach of a chicken, eating a couple of stones to grind the grains inside our bellies. So we grind it with tools, we remove the high-fibre parts which also contain most of the toxins which a plant uses to defend itself against plant/seed eaters. We cultivated grains which contain less toxins, less fibre and more starch. We cook and bake flour, we ferment the dough (at least we used to) all in an effort to have less toxic substances and more available energy inside the finished food.
Beans, legumes in general, soy, all very poisonous if not well cooked. Soy in particular is a modern food besides fermented Asian soy sauce. Soy today requires heavy processing, not merely some cooking procedure, to make it somewhat eatable.
Sickness and weakness is popular and being sold as the new healthy. In all areas of life, including modern dietary recommendations.

With our technologies, in particular fire, we have externalised our digestive system into the kitchen. Compared to other primates we have a rather small digestive system but have a rather high need for energy considering our size.

For a body there are certain food types it can digest well, certain foods it needs to properly function. Some liver might have evolved to digest vegetables (and its contained natural pesticides) rather well but it's not just about what the body can digest well but also what nutrients it has become more or less dependant on.
Just as there is evolutionary pressure to cope with toxins there also grow dependencies.
So...If this makes sense then it's obvious that you should immediately go buy some goji-berry juice. Now! Especially if you are not Chinese.
I have finally conquered my fibromyalgia and torpor.. tho they have left me needing to work on my dire endurance, and with a mild (yet annoying) neuralgia, and I won’t be going gung-ho just yet.. ; )
It went away as quickly as it had appeared.. over night.
I don’t quite know what to do with myself..

I won’t be going gung-ho just yet.. ; ) but at least I don’t have to be ultra-aware of every single thing I do anymore.. only just taxing things. I still won’t be running a marathon any time soon, or ever.. I think they’re a complete waste of good energy that could be put to better use.
I was always more of a quick sprinter than a long-distancer, anyway.
I hope you are suitably well and enjoying your day? I’m awaiting the London Mayoral election result. In our Local Council elections Cons are up 200 seats, Labour down 200 seats.
She is riding high on hope. A future European Super-State, finally liberated from Americanism and its sexualized messianic Judeo-Potestantism.
She sees the tides shifting.
Her People said just now, that now is not the time/it’s too soon.. but sooner rather than too-much-later, yea.
The People may still not want one tho, and one may not be granted anyway.. coz Boris said No!
So.. England is Conservative, Wales is Labour, Scotland is SNP, and NI is DUP. That does show some division, but we can work with it/make it work.. America, take note.

I wonder if by adopting different diets we make ourselves available to different patterns in our genetic code; im interested in the ways to select from ones ancestry, to bring out specific things in ones genetic makeup.
A kind of redeemed Lamarckianism due to the concept of Orlog, in which the Norse fathomed 8 generations of ancestors vying for dominance in ones blood.
_ Go to 40.40, on the matter of heirloom/much-earlier varieties of produce, which don’t cause allergic reactions and what I’ve been touting/talking about for decades.. hybridised varieties are the cause of modern intolerances.
Why make and sell modern produce versions that toxic, to the point of NS disruption.

Bioplasma is also thought to help with absorption of other nutrients at a cellular level.
Because Bioplasma contains all 12 minerals, it may help with remineralization of your teeth if applied topically.

No, you do not become "completely different to what you were before". There's always a thread - memories - connecting the temporal manifestations of your identity. Identity is a continuum. Even when you are born you are a synthesis of two continuums merging and then going on.....into space/time.
Past is immutable, and inescapable. Past manifests as presence.
So recovery means you've suffered a traumatic disturbance in the continuum you call "I" - without severing it (death) - and you've recovered and carried on, as close to an alignment with your past as possible. Like a tree being struck by lightning....if it does not die it continues to grow, bearing the damage done by the impact of the electric energy. It may bend down but then continue to turn upwards, because that is what tis genes are telling it to do: grow towards the sun, against gravity. It does not "completely change" from a oak to a cedar tree.

People mistake maturity - experiences applied - for profound change.
DNA - stored memories - are adapted to environment in accordance with experienced memories. They are concealed, or controlled, or sublimated or, most often, repressed. People don't change significantly - their aggregate energies change. What changes is their ability to control themselves and their ambitions, their objectives, adjusted to increasing self-knowledge.
