tl;dr

Anfang, can I get some of that fuzzy love? You see, I was a lonely child who use to burn insects out in my garden with my magnifying glass.

Transcendental Meditation - it's approved by Yogi Bear and celebrites.
I know it will be difficult for you because it requires about 15 minutes, twice a day, of not craving the attention of anybody else.

You're right, it would be difficult for me, I've always found meditation practices hard to master, or let go, as they say.

I list to hemi Sync music sometimes, but takes a while to get into it.
