Pretenders to the Throne: A Critique of Nihilistic Conservatism Empty
PostSubject: Pretenders to the Throne: A Critique of Nihilistic Conservatism Pretenders to the Throne: A Critique of Nihilistic Conservatism EmptyMon Oct 21, 2013 12:57 am

Being the effective pathogen it is, Judeo-Christian nihilism has effectively played the part of a malicious Socrates, cleverly obfuscating the original intention of particular values so as to weave them into a semiotic web of a deceptively feminine, nihilistic nature: take a given value necessary for civilizational order with a life-affirming intent, ignore this original intent in favor of attaching an alternative, life-denying one to said value, thus propagating additional nihilistic memes, and from there, attack other life-affirming yet civilizationally unnecessary ideas and values by explaining their incompatibility with ideas within the nihilistic memetic web that share the same attached intent of civilizationally necessary values.

The meaning of nihilism, of degeneracy, even strength and virtue, are thus turned on their heads. A sustainable nihilistic contagion is synthesized: welcome to the Middle Ages, where sentimental Leave-it-to-Beaver conservatism is law.

Instead of paternalism, asceticism, self-discipline, and other Apollonian values of an ordering nature having their origin in the masculine instincts of pride, ambition, and self-development, they are reduced to being commandments ordained by God, thus perverting them to appear to have meek, feminine justifications. This is done effectively by re-appropriating agency and responsibility from one's self to God: once a source of proud self-development, these values are transformed into loving acts of devotion to an outside, other-worldly masculine force. Instead of real men being the masculine authority within themselves and towards society, this role is consolidated into an ultimate, divine Alpha-male, reducing all mortals into spiritual females.

The next phase in this process is the demonization of the Dionysian masculine energies. This is first executed by connecting acts deemed agents of chaos and degeneration with this masculine energy. Sexual aggression, murder, individuality, irreverence, this-worldliness, are deemed harmful to societal order, and identified with masculine psychological tendencies. In Paganism, such vices are rightfully identified as being mere symptoms of a lack of a strong Apollonian balance to properly direct gratuitous Dionysian energies; in Christianity, however, it is the energy itself that is attacked. This attraction to and brave affirmation of the feminine metaphysical principle (entropy) as an opportunity to express the ordering decreed by one's own will, and the consequential antagonism to competing ordering wills-to-power, is declared the devil.

And so we see that, in Christianity, in its hatred of the worldly, the actual, the temporal, Man's Apollonian aspect is stolen from himself and offered to the Absolute, and his Dionysian aspect totally castrated from his soul.

The result of the Christian disease is the spiritual feminization of men whilst paradoxically maintaining societal order via masculine principles (in the form of God). The invisible King has risen.

The Hellenic warning of Hubris is misconstrued as being synonymous with the doctrine of Original Sin, with the former originally teaching man to know his own limits and abilities, and the latter being an aversion to pride and challenging power in general. Cherry-picking and misrepresenting Hellenism to forge an agreement between the two, Christendom is deemed the rightful heir of Western Civilization.

Societal order is judged to be a good in itself, with no regard to individual personality or vitality; turning memetic frameworks on their heads, Christianity goes so far as to declare these masculine traits harmful to the Absolute Good of Order at all costs. Eusociality and blind conformity are celebrated as virtues. In the radical monopolization of masculine ordering, Christian nihilism emphasizes feminine social traits (servility, excessive group identification, anti-egoism, meekness, obedience, deference to an outside authority) as being beneficial to civilization.

A sustainable form of nihilism, Christian conservatism maintains order whilst sapping its host of vitality and virility. Those too weak to survive in Nature proliferate and come to embody civil virtue. In an Orwellian maneuver, degeneracy becomes health, and health, degeneracy. Sentimentalism and Tradition become one; every man, no matter how pathetic, is guaranteed progeny. The false dichotomy of nihilism vs hedonism is created.

Welcome to the asylum.

.......and so i hope i have made myself clear: it is not any "liberal" or "heretical" corruption of Christianity that warrants its identification as a memetic pathogen, but it's very spiritual and theological essence. the only difference between "liberalized" Christianity and Conservative Christianity is that the former entails utter societal collapse, whilst the latter is a sustainable decadence. Societal order as a good in itself at any cost is nihilism, and a feminine evaluation; just look at any eusocial animal - notice something? Case in point. Civilization is a MEANS, not an end. To forget this is to devalue the very virtue of civilization - that is, to provide a means to cultivate and foster the highest creative potential in Man.

Christianity is the quintessence of weakness and feminine submissiveness. Bowing the knee to some imaginary alpha-male figure, asking him for protection and direction, crying to him for forgiveness like a little pansy, admitting his superiority constantly and one's own base, lowly nature; how very feminine. It almost seems like some meta-physical, masochistic BDSM master-slave relationship; Jehova straps on a spiritual dildo and penetrates your psychological anus as you gleefully embrace his holy spirit in humility. No wonder there are so many closet-cases in Christianity.  And these Protestant Christians have the audacity to talk about promoting manhood haha what a joke! Jesus is the king of the slaves, of the eunuchs, of the effete.

Exactly. Christianity, quite literally, views nature as evil. This is why Christians are so anti-science. Nature is the eternal refutation of Christianity.

Christian conservatism isn't any good for one trying to maintain his manhood. Conservatism is supposed to be inherently masculine, but the Christian element soils it as Christianity and manhood are antagonists. If only more men would abandon the Judeo-Christian ethos and replace it with something Nordic or Spartan, then we would start to see more of a genuine masculine ethos. Christian conservatism never interested me at all; it's too dull, corny, and slavish. Christian conservatism overly values work in of itself ( protestant work ethic ). As a result, people have turned into drones, ants, merely productive. All work and no play. Very slave-like. I have nothing against work, but this masochistic hyper-valuation of it as seen in modernity is just ridiculous.

Eulogy, that was well written.
