I recommend a book(search in google for pdf, should be somewhere for free, dont download anything from ungated sites), https://www.amazon.co.uk/Testosterone-Optimization-Therapy-Bible-Optimized-ebook/dp/B079JVH28N it made my life quality higher, in it are many useful tips, I use almost all of them, except the actual testosterone replacement, for example(as a sample) I shoot 1.5g of Ipamorelin(growth hormone derivative that is healthy) a day and chew nicotine gun(increased concentration and awakefulness) whilst studying, these are some of things discussed in this book. also I can recommend(for vitamin needs) https://chrismasterjohnphd.com/, his free e-mail course is fantastic and of highest quality I found, it isn't a spam or a sales-funnel, I get no e-mails after the course went through Sleep is extremly important, I go to bed by 9pm, 10 latest, I recommend https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matthew_Walker_(scientist) Other important tips, if you smoke I recommend: https://www.govype.com/gb/en/e-liquids/vype-epen-3-cartridges?cat=25 get the highest nicotine concentration, easiest quitting process you can imagine. also, sunlight exposure is important for happines, if you want to wake up peacfully, without the alarm, you can use artificial sun-light lamp with a timer to get you out of sleep pleasantly, but the body wakes up itself if you start waking at pin-point time everyday. I will post more.

Coffee is very good, you develop resistance to some of its effects but some remain un-changed(I don't remember which), it's important to drink as soon as you wake up or only within few hours of waking as the caffeine has 6 hour half life so 200grams in your blood will be 50grams 12 hours after intake and 25grams 16 hours, if you are skinny and dont eat a lot it can make you anxious and pissing a lot(biggest disadvantage, but if you eat, I find you go wee much, much less), but it varies, some people can drink coffee and sleep-well, some can't sleep when they drink at any point in the preceeding day, there is no rule but most people are in-between. I will try Theanine, a lot of good feedback on mixing it will coffee and still being calm, tyrosine with coffee makes it kick even more.

more or less same as I do, but I am trying to move away or find a way to make it work without the excitability, when I quit coffee I am extremly calm and a bit more confident, but I miss the 'edge' of being on coffee, so i always go back to it,... I found a roasting coffee beans place not far away from my house, I will try buying a fresh bag and prepare it with this device in this video because I use shop beans and a small ekspresso machine. I will try Theanine, a lot of good feedback on mixing it will coffee and still being calm, tyrosine with coffee makes it kick even more. Another option for coffee 'effect' without anxiety would be to get some very hard exercise and sunlight(signal the body to wake up, provide oxygen for the brain) as you wake up, take hot/cold shower(wake up further), chew nicotine gum and smoke a 'vape'(the cognitive benefits side) for a high nicotine hit whilst you study, then after few hours do 100 or 200 push-ups(further signal wakefulness) and body-weight squats then take a hot/cold shower again whilst having an artificial sun-light lamp focused on you at all time and only eat a big meal after say an 8 hour block of study like this. Resistance strentch bands are the best tool for home-exercise, sprints up a hill on some stairs or a hill are good for conditioning.
