If humanity cannot master its own Natural Intelligence, then it has no hope to fully develop nor control Artificial Intelligence. This begs-the-question: what is human intelligence, how does it evolve, and how is it controlled, if it can be controlled? Is that not the point of intelligence, to become uncontrollable? To break all bonds and boundaries? And that the purpose of intelligence itself, is to release its own organism from the constraints which limited its genus? Its genius? What is the point of Evolution, if it does not grant its genus more opportunities, more movement, more ability, and more exploration into the Unknown?
The human races and ethnic groups can be divided by average intelligences -- which are most intelligent by average, most consistently? Which groups produce the most Anomalies, intelligences so great that they outshine all others? Which groups produce the most Genius? Which genus, accounts for genius?
If Mankind cannot take full hold of his own intelligence, cannot Master it, then he assuredly cannot create something comparable or greater which he then can control.
To create something greater, requires domination and control of oneself first.
