| I don't believe in a self that is limited by the skin and what is beneath. I see my self as a boundless interconnected entity within all, and expand all things as to being an aspect of myself. That is not to say I don't think you think. but I respect that your individual entity is nonetheless a part of my whole as I am a part of your whole. All is one.
You might have issues with how I interrelate things that seem to you to have no connection, I may seem to digress a lot. But to me everything is connected, and generally (not always though) when I say something despite it seeming digressive it is connected. Though perhaps you can't see the connection, is your mind limited? Or am I crazy? But then I do get irrelevant sometimes...even to myself...
I choose my mask, my name, so that people are faced with the assumptions they might make of me... I am not really abstract... to me, I do not want to be seen as such.
I don't like being pompous, but I will be for you.
I know what it is to be crazy...been there done that... I know what it is to be a nihilist... been there done that... I know what it is to call the self "atheist", "agnostic"... been there done that...
The word "god" has applied to "ultimates" of things. ultimates exist...and the ultimate of ultimates is the everything, and I wouldn't be surprised if it could have thought of some sort, or something like it...its a much more complex whole then any brain I know of, as that would seem self evident considering brains are in it.
That's about all that I'm willing to spill so directly for now.

I have a feeling your going to divulge more eventually given enough time here. Nice to see you found your way here. In a way everything is connected in one manner to another but that doesn't mean that everything works together in that there is always various antagonisms or conflicts forever present in everything. |

| If "all is one" then all is in a state of entropic decay.
The self is an ordering in this, normal state, of increasing disorder. This is called "self".
Whether you choose to be more discriminating and place the boundaries where your skin begins or if you wish to immerse yourself in the abstraction of humanity or society or culture is your own affair. it is also an indication of personal weakness, and inhibitions, and fears.
Fear, as Sartre teaches, is terrifying. Most run into a sheltering abstraction to submit to an external will. _________________ γνῶθι σεαυτόν μηδέν άγαν

All is one but that doesn't mean that there isn't polar opposites within that constantly compete each other for control, survival, or to merely exist. Every environmental symbiosis has prey and predators. |

Entropy is the leaving of one thing from a higher state into a lower state. If one is discussing the all or the everything, that includes both states so there is not loss into "another" as any thought to be "other" is part of the all. - Σατυρ wrote:

Disorder is as much an abstraction of the mind as anything else. the self is the order recognized, we call "disordered" that of what has a nature that is not graspable. If all things are connected they have an order, an order that can be understood. One does not need to count all the pieces to understand a thing, they need only see the pattern. I don't see anything as disordered, all things are ordered, some just in weird ways and some I have yet to contemplate. - Σατυρ wrote:

I find that the abstraction as the self being of the skin as falling to the normal code pervaded by the social stratum; an indication of the "sheep" nature. Likewise I find that social tendency too perhaps be one that resulted of people fearing the responsibility for more complex whole's. |

Every environmental symbiosis has prey and predators. every one we know of at least... and we know of only one earth... i would think that what is a predator depends on the abstraction of the idea. One could call something like Jesus as a predator his pray those sought to be healed. In that sense everything is a predator in some sense, and then you would be right. But as for competition it does not exist in all spaces (literally) if it can be absent for a duration of time in a certain portion of space, it is likely that the absence can be capable of enduring in a larger portion of space for a larger amount of time...as such all things are always existent, they are just not always present in a given place or time. |
