Then, to add a kind of postmodern plot point, a guy shows up to take care of some official business.

The thing is: this guy talks in the same language everyone else does.

As he sits there listening to the 2 of you, he realizes, in shock, that he doesn’t understand a damn thing you’re saying.

Finally, in the climax of the play, he goes into a monologue that is much like the dialogue between you and IV, but more comprehensible.

Seriously...

There has got to be some hidden meaning to whatever it is you're saying, and believe me, I'm trying, because at face value you are sounding duller than a rock.

I have never seen someone write so vaguely and without any direct guide to what it is they're trying to communicate.
