Paleo Diet

Has Anybody here heard of the Paleo Diet?

I've recently decided on trying it out.

Has anybody else here tried it out? What are your results?

I haven't personally tried it, as I am lean anyway, and enjoy ice cream.

However, I have head good things about it, and the general nutritional concepts seem sound.

Eat more protein, less processed carbs (also high GI foods like potatoes), and exercise. You'll get ripped.

It is a difficult diet because you really have to avoid grains and other items like the plague. It is hard for somebody like me where bread, rice, and noodles use to be a every day staple in the past.

I am hoping for it to be a rewarding expirience in expirimentation.
