That should be interesting. There are two theories that I find to be very plausible in regards to the original intention of the creation of Christianity. One is that the subjugated Jews created it as a psychological weapon to enfeeble the Roman master morality. And the second theory I find plausible is that the Romans created it to prevent uprising and insurrection amongst the lower classes; they would have no need to even police the Jews and lower classes very much because the Jews and slaves would be already policing themselves mentally with superstitious slave morals. Note that the Jews, obviously, already had superstitious beliefs, but they were somewhat more militaristic in comparison with Christianity, i.e., Old testament laws concur with destroying one's enemies and going to war, but Christianity says to love even your enemies and to turn the other cheek. In one of the epistles of Paul, Paul urges Christians to obey the Roman authorities and to pay tribute to them. Christianity is, essentially, psychological castration, i.e., it takes away the defiance, hardihood, pride, and strength of people.
