military

All else comes from this. Military means needing to control the currency. Controlling the currency means jobs programs. No ancap 'institution' if you have a government.

Military needs medical personnel (healthcare) & retirement, & education, & roads, & fire protection, & anything it needs to sustain itself.

If market demand says no fire depts, no healthcare, etc. then the military becomes weak - it creates market demand or forces it. However the populace approaches it only dictates whether they think they're "free" when doing it.

Eventually citizens - and coffer circlers - demand these services they pay for in smaller increments or privately, become public for efficiency to save themselves resources.

That military idea is good.
But it does seem to fall apart in a world where most threats have temporarily been pushed down, as seen in the world order after WW2 and the dominance of one empire.

Really, they should have kept their focus on conquering space and not switched over to eternally protecting and expanding the power of their "greatest ally", inside and outside of the empire's borders.

Deciding which things should be (temporarily) provided should not be an end in themselves but it should depend on how it helps or hinders the achievement of national endeavours.

You left out one important thing: National Security/Epsionage.

Police? No. If people weren't pathetic weaklings and owned guns we wouldn't need cops to save our lives.

Courts? Yes. Because there would still be laws and people would have to settle disputes. For instance, if you witnessed or recorded someone stealing your property, you would have to take them to court.

Military? In an ideal world we wouldn't have to waste money on a military because other countries wouldn't be hostile to each other. However, there is also the thing of masculine men, who won't get a normal job unless it has violence in it.

Roads? Yes. If a corporation could be paid to do the roads they would do it. However, most people would not donate, so I think they would have to be forced to donate (taxes).

Fire Protection? Yes. Noone would donate so they would have to be forced to donate (taxes). But without it, entire cities could go up in flames.

Education? Yes but America's education system is not worth the price.

Limited housing? Only for the poor or destitute.

Limited healthcare? Only for the poor or destitute. However, there is one important caveat to note. The whole medical industry charges exorbitant and unfair fees, such that even the middle class cannot afford to pay it. That must be changed.

Retirement insurance? Don't know, no opinion.

Unemployment insurance?  Don't know, no opinion.

Universal healthcare? Generally I am wary of "insurance". It all reeks of a 1920's racketeering scheme. Like "buy my insurance or else." It all seems like a scheme, like a scheme to never cure cancer in order to rack up profits for their incompetence.

Food? Only for the poor or destitute.

Housing? Only for the poor or destitute. However the middle class has housing problems because the purchasing power of the dollar has decreased by over half since the 50's, and middle class college students get in so much debt. That all must be changed.

Clothing? No. You can get cheap 1 dollar clothing from thrift stores.

Energy? No. That can be provided by corporations but they must be regulated so they don't have monopolies and cannot charge Americans ridiculous fees which would cripple the country.

National Security/Epsionage? Yes. To protect against muslims building nukes.
