This artist also did many of the paintings in the British Houses of Parliament

Red Priest Usada has a lot of good ones but Madame Peacock stuck out to me. The color scheme is fantastic. The curvature of her waist to hips matches the ribbons flowing down. It's been my desktop since forever.

A year or so ago in College, I visited the city's main art gallery and looked at an exhibition by Daniel Maclise, who painted during the 1800's.

I already posted one of his works, above.

But there was one, which I can't seem to find online, whose colours and vibrancy really made an impression on me.

Here is a small, blurry detail of the piece:

Much of its impact is destroyed, but you can still infer from that what I am trying to express...
