All is subjective means, if not a wilful conscious one-god, then a wilful conscious mind with the means - divine providence, Christened, money - will be god-like - creator of reality.
Because laws are human inventions, they correspond to human emotional whims and fickleness; subject to change or be nullified at any given moment. This pattern sustains itself by its relationship of those in power, to those who are powerless. Hierarchical dynamics determine human social behavior, not laws. Therefore, a system of corruption is accepted as "normal" for no other reason than because the subjects of those who rule over them, accept their powerless status as normal. Normality has to do with ones own lot in life and how that perspective allows them to accept anything else that happens to be inconsequential, and those who rule to anticipate this blind acceptance and feel perfectly comfortable to do what they want with impunity. Everyone knowing their place. Herd slave mentality in other words.
But what we learn from Huxley's dystopia is that the "ruling class" are slaves, along with those they rule over, only in different ways.

China calls the world to come the "fair world order'". I doubt it will stay that way for long. As soon as the US declines to a regional power then the emerging SuperStates will begin competing for supremacy.
I think that's the reason why Putin has been very patient with the EU up until now, always hoping that they will come around. In the long term it would be very useful to have Europe as an ally because China will eventually assert its dominance in this emerging Asian alliance once the USA/West has declined significantly.
The thing is, EU has to be gutted in terms of its leadership before anything meaningful can change internally.

The US will fragment after a second civil war, leaving two major SuperStates. Don't know what form it will take afterward. The other SuperStates and how they jostle for power will determine this final configuration.
The unknowns are European Union, Brazil, South Africa, Islam, Turkic states.
