Aurini has a lot of good content, but he seems like a poser too; he always makes sure to smoke a cig and drink alcohol in a see through glass ( how classy ) in, essentially, everyone one of his videos. And then the whole theatrical whipping out of the lighter. It seems way too staged and mechanical to the point of corniness.

Instead of devoting their lives to “Game,” these young men should invest their energy in things that really matter. In work, in good books, in culture, in a good education, in a healthy relationship and in starting a family. This will be of much better use to their nation, their people and to themselves.
I've had private correspondence with Aurini before. Right off the bat he made sure to tell me about his 181 IQ, how good looking he was, and how hard he works, and that I do nothing, although he didn't even know me. Then, he confided in me by admitting how all he could think about was this one woman and that it was the reason why he was at home drinking instead of being out. So I told him how I understand what it is like to be overcome by, to lose one's mind over, a woman and he responded by forgetting how he just precedingly told me about his broken heart. In the end, he blocked me.

Hm, that answer fits well for what I was thinking and not for what I wrote. I must have written a lot between the line(s). Even those who have very good eyes need something to look at which is actually there otherwise they start to see only themselves everywhere.
Fantasies become a wasteland once they fall apart, as they inevitably do. But then it depends on whether the fantasy was seen as a fantasy or mistaken for the real. Those who create the fantasy are bound to believe in it themselves while those who get to merely see it remain detached.
