I've heard of some species who o not fair well in captivity.
They whither and die, as if they cannot endure a partial expression of their nature.

Man is the only animal I know of that has the capacity o choose death rather than endure a life of indignity.
The degree is set by each individual's nature, adjusted by its upbringing.
This is the source of nobility.
To place pride, and ideal above life itself.

The "border" where compromise and necessity becomes undignified, is fluid.
Where it occurs, by whom, for what reason, all determining its fine line of irreparable transgression.
When the line is crossed, like a shattering teacup, try as you may you cannot undo the crossing of the Rubicon.
With no way back, there is only forward into unknown territories.

Hyper-Sensitivity of a spirit can be measured by how quickly it is hurt by words.
It cannot stand the slightest insinuation, though it causes no lasting harm, no physical deformity, a constant reminder.

This may just be the particular individual's' relationship to words, and his inexperience with real pain and suffering, knowing only the psychological kind.

The word, as representation of the nervous system, indicates a motive, an intent - precursor to an act.
A possibility, raised into consciousness, by another, as a probability, with a single utterance.
That the other speaks it, means he has considers it, or it spontaneously emerges out of his inner core as an act he is capable of, or is, at least, capable of taking into consideration.

What we call philosophy, has been the slowly developing self-understanding of psychology.
Like psychology, philosophy cannot claim to be a science, according to how science defines itself.
Philosophy is the nervous system, brain hub included, immersed in body, a porous, incomplete shell, detaching it from world, which it can now only engage sensually, through a medium.

Body is the manifestation of past, and the nervous system is this past awakening to the present, to presence, interpreted as appearance.
This slow process can be disconcerting.
The body is rediscover as something alien, as an otherness, which the nervous system emerges/grows, out of, as the body emerges out of past to be presence.
A normal stage of self-exploration, playing with one's newly discovered body, mesmerized by the hand, exploring the genitals and the sensations their produce, the tongue and how tastes play on its surfaces, with the eyes, and movement, a very significant experience for a predator species.
Nervous system emerges, in body and cosmos simultaneously.
The body a negation of space/time, an appropriation of territory - the body encloses space/time within a porous, imperfect, shell. An imprecise, flexible boundary, creating the delineation of cellular systolic/diastolic codependency - I and Other, Internal and External.

Within power grows - appropriating energies from external sources, if the methods inherited are effective.
Within is will holding some power. Without, it is still powerless, unless it gain gain sufficient control of the within the fluctuating boundaries of skin or exoskeleton.

The Mind is in the stage of projecting the within to the without - externalizing its increasing self-awareness and self-control.
Modern techniques & technologies are the product of self-awareness. Internal processes externalized, using codes that transform and transfer these internal relationship into a new medium.
Humanity is currently externalizing its growing self-awareness, and this method can be an inversion: what was within is now without.
Dreaming of a cyborg hybrid is dreaming of a total transference of self into a more resistant recyclable medium - into a less porous exoskeleton, a more flexible skin. It is the dream of transplanting the nervous system from past/nature to a preferable, more detached form.
Transplantation can be risky.
The new body may reject the new attachment.
Man needs to figure out what might be lost and if he can remain sane after its completion - what is man's core, defining, components, to be preserved and detached to the new outer shell.
A body without a past, but only a future.
What cellular memories will be lost.
What genetic experiences sacrificed.
What does it mean to be human - back to psychology and growing into adulthood.
Full of insecurities, confusion, doubts.
Who am I?
Why am I here?
Adolescent anxiety.
Will I accept the image I am given, the role I am placed in?
Who will be my peers?
From who will I mirror my identity?

I am what I am not....but who will I not be, so as to be me?
What organs shall I call my own?
What proportions will I identify with?
How much of the body will I transplant along with my nervous system?
Genitals, stomach, liver, skin?

Islam refuses to depict its highest icon, reflecting the Jewish tradition of not even naming their – words being representations.
The implication is that all words, all symbols, are representations of the divine, and giving it a singular name, or symbol, is blasphemy reducing it in scope.
Christians, affected by their selective contact with pagan traditions that represented the divine in all its forms, have adopted this practice, beginning with the symbol of the crucifix.
They compensate for any loss of mystery by convoluting the meanings they ascribe to the symbols.
Icons are representations of nervous energy, depicted as letters, number, runes, as art.
The icon is purified of all relationships, into a dualistic good/bad which it then defines in mystical ways to factor in fluidity.
Worshipers still sanctify, as the Church does, after death. Death cleanses the icon of all its worldly failings. The deceases is resurrected as pure noumenon – idea(l).
Reduced to a pure abstraction – sexless, race-less, human-less.
It is human in theory, but divine in practice – he/she do not apply.
It is mind.  
Objectivity converted to abstraction detached from “unclean” world – past/nature.
It is why the metaphors of the singular God are not given artistic form with Muslims and Jews.
The one is multiplicity. Christians used the triadastic concept, adopting the Platonic psyche to their new-beginnings.
Imams and Rabbis are imperfect representations of the indescribable, but priest are held to a more stringent standard, already depicted as image.
They must imitate the imagery, copy the icons, and though their fallibility is admitted in theory they remain unsoiled after they pass-on their dirty corporeality; cleansed with the blood of Christ they are reborn, in memory, as pure spirit.
Imperfections admitted, what remains is for the doubter to expose them. If he cannot the icon remains unblemished. With no presence to expose him, his status remains unsoiled through the ages – perfection, in theory, challenging all to prove it fallible.
Deification is the detachment form the worldly – so that, in abstraction, it theoretically must only remain true to its own premises – like human mathematical logic.
It is judged, by the believers, on its internal consistency, when no reality can contradict it, or test its theory.
Memory of the man is slowly replaced with an idealized version. What works he left behind, adjusted to that iconic infamy – preserved as one preserves a dead saint’s bones, as miraculous, healing, powerful magic.
What contradictions remain, as codified memories of his fallibility, his presence, narrated by the icon itself, are slowly ignored or justified as part of his depth of wisdom – to be deciphered and studied, for ages to come, until the man and the icon merge into one sacred ever-present noetic being.
Even such minds as Nietzsche are now being “reformed” to fit into current ideals; adapted to current necessities, each individual adopting the one that suits his/her own needs.
He is, often, being absorbed into a rebirth of the same dogmatism he opposed.
This is how opposition is dealt with, post mortem.
Hitler will one day be reborn as an icon of humanism – his words, preserved in text, will be reinterpreted, his image cleansed according to new standards of cleanliness.
He may even be reborn as the great benefactor of the Jewish people.
The anti-rabbi, as Nietzsche was the Nihilist and the anti-anti-Semite.
Double negatives so easily exploited.
Already Jewish dominance, in the west, is explained as part of his cleansing practices – the rabble done away with to let the gifted bloom among alien peoples.
Purified of all “human” nastiness, his words are redefined, by changing the meanings.
Meanings being how words connect phenomena, but in this case when phenomena are excluded, what remains is a reconnection of noetic contrivances – past world can be imagined in any way suitable to the connections required to be established. An easier problem to solve, particularly when the source is not present to contradict what he is being converted into – children and old people being soon after-life, begins/ends, are easiest to baptize, and given a new name.
A cadaver, like a baby, dressed in his new chastening.
Inconsistencies are not explained as a man’s struggle with his own doubts, his own ignorance, but as hiding deeper significance – profound messages in simple skepticism. Human frailty covering a secret power, the icon is raised from the dead as sacred.
He can do no wrong… because nobody can prove he has been wrong.
His words preserved, as the testaments of his own making, delivered with artistic ambiguity, contradictions, allowing us to imagine whatever we desire.
An icon that can resist the passage of time.
Yes, wanting to be misunderstood, as were the writers of Biblical history.
Either divine, and/or victim of human depravity.

Purifying Resurrection
If an icon is attacked by his worshipers, it is from the direction of their greatest need to cleanse the icon of its most vile contradictions.
Believer reinterprets its own belief to accommodate the desired outcome.
He then feels like he's been critical, has not simply accepted and surrendered, but that he's gone through a period of skepticism.

Most obvious among Bible study groups.
Text is redefined, so that the nastiness within is justified to accommodate the interpreters personal misgivings.  
The source is never doubted, but one's own understanding of it must be. The individual thinks of this as his coming awake, or his skeptical, critical phase, before enlightenment, and total acceptance enters the heart.
Contradictions are not understood as innate, but as a result on the reader's misunderstanding.  
World is excluded as a reference point to clarify both text and reader's understanding of it.
reader and author, are bonded through text. Their nervous systems, one dead, the other's vibrant, find in the reader's vibrancy a common life.
Text acting as sperm, fertilizing the mind, across time/space, and like all heterosexual fertilization parts of author and parts of reader are incorporated into a new identity.
Contradictions are, in this way, excluded from the new construct, as are the reader's own failings.
The outcome, the offspring of minds bonding in intellectual intercourse, theoretical copulation, can only be pure noumenon - sacred, divine, infallible, inhuman.  

An icon. An image, whose weaknesses are now part of its endearing charms - its objective reality.
Theory with flesh and blood.
In theory an extinct species, such as the Mammoth can be salvaged from a single hair - using the memories encoded there. It can be brought to life.
With icons there is no such rebirth. The icon lives as theory, through his noetic codes.

The resurrected cannot be permitted to prove the resurrector wrong, or threaten him, correct his hypothesis, make him regret his cause.
The icon remains forever unsoiled, beneath the soil.

Scatology
Accepting feces as an inevitable byproduct of life, appreciating it as such, is not the same as ingesting it and trying to find "positive" things to say about its taste.
Renaming it fertilizer, to imply how tasty it is to pretty flowers, is one method.
Calling shit what it is, by clearly defining it as exactly what it is, with all the collateral positive usages implied.

Anatomical
Skin is a flexible exoskeleton, permitting more fluidity.
In some species the skeleton is externalized.
Early life had no skeleton, only a porous membrane containing the organism’s organs.
This membrane is the movement away from possibility, time/space. A rudimentary boundary attempting to exclude all possibilities, so as to internally promote the preferred – converting them to probabilities.
The boundary can never be complete (absolute) forcing a compromise.
Internalizing the skeleton crates a frame for the organs to organize around.
Nervous system attaches itself to it, as it is the most fragile collection of organs, and has to remain sensitive, flexible.
Skin is the fluid extension of organic will, extended further through the nervous system.
Higher life forms, makes use of a hybrid method.
Skeleton is the frame all the other organs wrap themselves around, configuring themselves in accordance to each species survival functions, manifesting as proportionality.
The ideal dictated by efficiency of evolved functions – fitness.
Nervous system wraps around the skeleton, extending into the other organs, evolving a central hub (brain) at the end of the spinal cord – the center of the skeleton. Skull creates an exoskeleton to protect the more vulnerable organ, and most costly in energies.  

Nervous System
This organ is most developed, in proportion to the other organs, in man.
The hybrid skeletal structure accentuates, in man, the mind/body division, and the esoteric/exoteric distinctions – body, reflecting a more primal, cellular, heritage, is outwardly present: extroverted.
MANifesto: Psychology – Extrovert
Specialization compensates for this vulnerability, using reaction speed, muscular strength or alternate specialized survival strategies, like flight, burrowing, mass etc.
The brain’s exoskeleton encases it within cranium – accessing the world via the senses, and its body.
The human proportionally large encased brain produces the introverted character of humans.
Dominated by brain, or by another organ, determines the individual’s introverted/extroverted psychology – which is usually a combination of both with one disposition governing personality, and the other being subservient, often emerging when brain is inebriated, incapacitated, damaged.
Balance between the two would demand a Hellenic asceticism, cultivating the weaker organs to counter-balance the domination of the one.
Since brain is the distinguishing organ of the homo sapient this asceticism/athleticism is usually associated with the development of body, and the training of brain to control its growing strength.
Bipedal upright movement places head, enveloped by cranium, above body enveloping spinal cord and nervous system.
Pragmatically the reverse is true. Walking upright is a relatively recent development.
Brain is rarely dominant in most humans. Another organ, usually the reproductive organs, control – a return to the primal, animal, state from where man emerges, where stomach and then sex organs are served by brain.  
More sophisticated individuals tend to underdeveloped body because mind is naturally dominant. Mind must will the body’s cultivation, body cannot will the mind’s development – it is passive, in this regard. Need/suffering, transmitted through the nervous system affects brain, and then brain responds via the nervous system.  


Juvenal wrote:
Healthy mind in healthy body.

You should pray for a healthy mind in a healthy body.
Ask for a stout heart that has no fear of death,
And deems length of days the least of Nature's gifts

A fact to be kept in mind, is that in a hunched-over mobility, such as with other primates, the sex organs, for the male, are always perceptible on its peripheral vision, but not so for the female. For the female they are removed from sight.
This should be considered when evaluating male/female psychologies.

Philosophical Metabolism
Philosophy reflects humanity’s mental maturation.
How could it not, when it is the application of words/symbols, expressing a relationship with the object of its investigation, the world? It is nervous system/brain, engaging world.
Consciousness emerges out of pattern congruities. Self-consciousness emerges later. The sequence is decisive – causal chains from unconsciousness towards self-consciousness – maturing.  
It starts with an infant’s awestruck wide-eyes, harvesting all that moves, exploring otherness, as it comes into contact with tis sense organs, with the body being the largest and most restricted, in space/time.
It then settles, having engorged on sensual input to digest, turning inwards.
Blood rushes away from the brain to the digestive system, and the mind becomes introspective, lethargic, and content.
Slowly sleep begins to take over, as it always does when the belly is full and hunger subsides. Dreams, in half-sleep, are confused for the still confusing real.
When self-awareness emerges the self confuses itself talking to itself, for an external mind – Bicameral.
When, and if, the infant awakens, now more mature, more experienced, the world is reaffirmed. The old (last waking period), has a different clarity, more depth, more nuance.
Infant experiences reality in phases of wakefulness, and long periods of sleep, gradually decreasing with age, until sleep is minimal.
During sleep the day’s injected food, data, are processed, integrated leisurely, assimilated into the organism’s processes, put to use in its functions – mind would only inhibit the process, by draining energies.  
Night’s fast has yet to be broken – hunger builds.
The next phase of foraging, consuming, is followed with the same period of leisurely digestion, and drowsy introspection, but this time the infant become boy, wonders why it hungers, or why it consumes – what the meaning of it is.
It begins to question its own motives, exploring its own tools.
We are now in that phase of inspecting our tools – our weapons and hunting implementations; utensils, we use to, forage and to feed our hunger – appropriation.
Some revert back or have not developed further. They wallow in dreamland, happy to remain asleep, or half-awake, sacrificing, to internal willful reality, the “evils” (need/suffering) of external world – imposing a necessity to awaken, partially, at least, to feed, before one returns to dreaming.
Hunger increases stress/anxiety.
Mind is the Platonic Cave, where all is mysterious, vague, mystifying – magical.
Will has a profound impact in here.
The external world is unruly, uncertain, unknown – the child feels it imposing itself into its private playtime, its daydreaming, in the form of negative feelings, sensations.
Remaining a child can be addictive. If the belly is filled, why speculate further?
Hedonism is more than just physical pleasure.
Satiation can be mental – psychological gratification, peace.
Anxiety reduced to a minimal. Child feels indestructible, sure of itself, happy.
Introversion offers it a “reality” that mirrors the world “outside”, but is more pliable, more malleable, more giving to the will’s force, because it never exceeds the organism’s own force. Self, dealing with self.
Words/Symbols are magical in the mind – outside it they are merely direction finders, connectors between noumenon/phenomenon – tools, not guarantees.

Nihilistic Schizophrenia

When noumena detach from phenomena, and words are redefined to represent pure abstractions with no external reference point, and when the world, through its effect on body, conflicts with mind, now detached and immersed in its own esoteric alternate "reality", then the mind is fragmented.
Processing stimulations from world, through body, via nervous system, it struggles to justify them within its noetic uni-verse.
World becomes unnecessarily "complex", when it has to convoluted it so as to accomplish some form of partial cohesion.
The simplest phenomena, already understood intuitively, instinctively, becomes mysterious, other-worldly.

For example, the apparent difference between populations (race), or sexual specialization, manifesting as body/mind divergence in potential, are no longer comprehensible.
Words like “male/female", "human", are perplexing, when the same words applied to other species are obvious, simple, part of scientific empiricism.
Words like "love", "value", "morality", once comprehended instinctively, are now paradoxes, confusing, and problems to be resolved "philosophically" – using philosophical lingo, abstractions.
Instead of progressing outward, philosophy becomes trapped in self-referential reinterpretations of what was self-evident.
Philosophy becomes psychology.
The instruments for engaging world, are now objects of great bewilderment.
Man places himself in the psychotherapist’s bed.
All that had been known are now in question.
Man makes of himself the focus of his exploration, and calls this engaging reality.
His new intellectual class are minds offering insights into human motives. Diagnosticians of human internal processes.
Man is ill, how to heal him. The dis-eased make health an illness.
This is the only philosophical concern.
How do we deal with the contradictions caused by human linguistics; the sensed versus the idealized, and the body versus the mind?
Dualism is returned to, wanting to lean towards the side of mind, desiring to explain body from the vantage point of psyche, clean, pure, within cranium.
Mystery is taken out of world, now the construct of mind, and is placed in the mind – the incomprehensible world, is a reference to the mind’s internal constructs contradicted sensually.
Therapy prescribes a blindness, self-congratulatory self-esteem.
World is now simple – it is whatever the mind says it is.
Mind is complex, undefinable, and unable to be placed in categories.
God without, becomes god within.
Introversion/Extroversion are inverted.
Extrovert is one who turns inward, and introvert is one who turns outward.
Nihilist is one who denies human constructs, human absolutes, and a realist is one who accepts human constructs as "world".
To turn inwards is to explore world.
To turn outward is to flee from world.
Symbols, connecting mind to external world, are now connecting mind to itself.
Ideal replaces real as the standard.
Experiences have to be absorbed into ideology, and not used to construct ideology.
But when ideal measures the real, it can be anything the minds thinks it is.
Conflicting values, ideals.
There is no external standard all can use to settle differing perspectives – none is acceptable, other than a peaceful compromise – a compromise made, again, by the mind towards other minds.
Empiricism is just a word we use to deal with everything non-human, or to pretend we are not emotionally misguided, and linguistically perplexed.
Science is just a method dealing with everything except mankind.

In an idealized, noetic world of either/or, (100%-0%) even if absolutes are rejected, all is sublimated as either "good" or "bad".
Social morality, ensuring cooperation, what has been Christianized as "love thy neighbour", and/or as good/evil, becomes a ideal of "bringing out goodness" in other.
"Badness" is to be acknowledged as a flaw, a sin, the undesirable to be overcome, according to the idea(l).
No matter how un-ideal the other is, the ideal ought to be found in him and pulled out, redeeming him.
When he shows the proper reverence his mistakes ought to be interpreted as expression so his "good intentions".
Words overpowering deeds.

In a world of such "goodness" to perceive and speak of the "bad" will be reprimanded using the ideals most insulting iconography.
Reversely...
In a world, a group essentially, full of "bad" to perceive the "good" is an act of violation, rape.
The actor is accused of the ideal's lowest metaphors.
He becomes the representative of "badness", bringing it upon himself, for a reason contrary to the social imperative - the pleasure/pain principle, the ideal.

The group is either absolutely good, or absolutely bad, according to its own standards.
It will tend to associate with the "good" that motivates it, in theory, to act, and ignore the "bad" as accidental, or part of the individual's uncleanliness in relation to the purity of the idea(l).
The individual can be saved, or to go outside Christian imagery, he can be purified, made "good" - brought closer to the idea(l) which remains mystical, synthesizing opposites into a net-sum feeling of "goodness".
Philosophical contradiction is, essentially, a linguistic self-contradiction, demanding a unification of "opposites".

The feminine method of judging is preferred, being more primal, decisive, vague but viscerally obvious.
It's lack of clarity merging contradictions into an overall final sensation - a decree, gut feeling, woman's intuition.
Clarity would challenge the individual's hypothetical "courage" dependent on ambiguity, just as fearing in the dark, producing bravery in the dark, may be shattered by the light, exposing the unbearable to a mind comfortable in its hypothetical.
Feminization cultivates this in males.
Romanticism becomes a sensation. A "good vibration", a "bad feeling" that ought not to be understood but only followed - trusting one's primal mechanism, is trusting nature.
Trust resting on an, often, untested automatism.
A desire to test one's self, when having lived a life of sheltering.
Exuberance of naivete.
A boy with no experience with death will often imagine himself a great warrior comforting death - a hero.
A girls with no experience with lust will imagine herself the purest spirit, challenging popular practices - a maiden.

Any clarity would decrease the effect, the efficiency.
The mind returns to imagery already given to it, being unable to create its own.
Icons, as proxies offering such imagery, are worshiped.
Purified in mind, as do-gooders, as ideals that can do no wrong, other than some minor defects, admired to enhance the illusion of objectivity, of unemotional, self-serving, intent.
Their "bad" comments, made in periods of weakness, or when there was not as much technology to preserve them, are lost in time, and in the bath of memory - Lethe.
With no internet, no film, no microphones, leaders in the past remain unsoiled - almost perfect, when compared to the leaders, iconic figures, of today.

To simply state that there must have been "bad" things present, before all the "goodness" is an affront of a sacred icon - blasphemy.
The blasphemer is accused of all kinds of "badness", relating to the idea(l) - he is possessed, his motives explored, degraded.
Muslims call those who do not believe in Allah "animals", and those who dare besmirched their Messiah's unblemished ideal, by depicting his corporeal form, exposing his flaws, a infidel that ought to be killed - a hater of god.
Blasphemer's suffer from insecurity before the ideal.
God shames them, explaining their disbelief, their loss of faith.
They do not surrender to the ideal because they cannot reach it.
Before the ideal one bows to its absolute goodness.
Before that which confronts the ideal one rises in righteous anger, to correct a wrong, to set it all straight.

Beyond good and evil, indeed.

When pain/pleasure have been associated with the "bad", the "evilness" confronting the purity of the "good", then admitting to pleasure & pain is admitting that one is weak before the ideal.
Starting with the comments made in my post [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] the exoskeleton of brain (cranium) relating to the esoskeleton of the body, propping the organs and connecting to them through the nervous system, accentuates a dichotomy.
Brain must process pain/pleasure coming from body.
Body has no way of communicating with brain other than through neural impulses representing the organ's and its congruity of cells relationships with each other and within the hierarchy of the body's organization.
The datum transmitted are interpreted, processed, by brain, producing mind.
Processing means converting/translating the pulses into a form the brain can process, integrate, and perhaps apply, be moved by.
Pain/Pleasure are not to be "overcome", or denied, they are the most primal way the body's experiences, contact, with world are translated into abstraction.
No "higher" brain, required.
This is reptilian, or even before a brain stem evolves it is a simple (re)action to external stimuli - retraction/repulsion - attraction/sanction.
With the evolution of higher brain functions, expanding the brain, these sensations are translated as pain/pleasure.
With the addition of further brain functions the same sensations become emotions - incorporating more sensations into its final product - complex.
Anxiety/Fear is the mother of emotions because it is the most primal reaction to external, beyond the exoskeleton, world.
If we observe primitive life-forms, coming in contact with an unknown entity, then we see how it automatically, impulsively retracts - (re)acting to otherness before assessment has began to (re)lax the muscles/nerves involved.
Before the brain processes impose will, its reaction is on the side of caution - it retracts, awaiting further data when first contact is made with an unknown phenomenon.
Survival is not a dirty word.
It can be demeaning when it is placed above all other considerations for a organism that can perceive self, and self within world.

Brain evolved its own direct access to world - eyes, ears, and nose.
Exoskeleton is breached, orifices create gaps in the cranium for it to evolve sense organs linking the hub directly with world - fastest route of nervous system.
These direct routes are what are sampled to give form to the data streaming into the brain from body, as unprocessed sensation.
Emotion is then only kind of pain the brain can feel, other than the pain/pleasure the body transmits to it.
As an organ it feels nothing.

An idea(l) using pain/pleasure as "antithesis" to its "perfection, is inadvertently accusing the body of soiling the mind's "purity".
A mind totally given to pain/pleasure is inadvertently surrendering its ideals to the body's effect, dominance.

The balance is one of Hellenic asceticism.
Not a surrender to the pleasure principle but neither a denial of it.
Not pain/please as good/bad, as end in themselves, but as means to an end.
Not a surrender to the noetic idea(l), but neither a denial of it.

Balance forces a rational application.
Theory must relate to world via the body, otherwise it remains a theory disconnected, or unbalanced in relation to world.
Brain is body.
Mind is an extension of it - noetic expansion out of physical, phenomenon.
Noumenon with minimal or no contact with body is theoretical , and may become anti-world, anti-body, or Nihilistic.

All phenomena are balanced in good/bad, whatever the ideal standard is, otherwise they would not exist.
Only abstractions, noumena can be unbalanced, because they exist within the protective, artificial realm of brain.
When a phenomena is judged to be entirely bad, then the good ought to be assumed, as the bad ought to be assumed when it is described as good, in relation to an ideal.
The phenomenon's overall advantage, in relation to the ideal, ought to be judged by how much contradiction it can justify, and how much fallibility, in relation to the ideal (theory) it can overcome.
Not deny, not claim as non-existent, but overcome by admitting it.
Contradiction simply indicated a discrepancy between ideal and real - noumenon and phenomena in conflict ought to be resolved on the side of phenomenon.
Theory adjusted in the face of growing conflict with world, experienced sensually.
The Subjective adapted to presence, to Objective world.

An unbalanced noumenon is schizophrenic, if it remains in existence as neural abstraction. The body (action) must contradict it (word/symbol).
Body contradicting, shaming, exposing, the mind's ideal as false; body revealing a mind's Lethe.

Body never forgets...it is genetic memory.

On the same mountain cliff, when a climber has to reach down and pull another up, then the other is forever subordinated by this altruistic act.
The distance covered will forever be insurmountable, a chasm between "friends".
The one accepting aid will always try to claim that he could have climbed on his own, to equalize himself, but the memory of the act, will stand in the way - as theory.

Even a word of encouragement implies that the "friend" needs psychological help, because he cannot find it in himself.
An affirmation of hierarchy - between the unequal.
This is often used to pretend one is helping when one is ensuring subordination.

If a true equal is to be found, to ascend mountains together, then all that can be offered is silent inspiration.
Actions speaking louder than words.
A time of weakness may be, partially, compensated with reciprocity.
But, the exchange will be unequally measured, and hierarchy fought over, in theory, as whose help was more significant than the reciprocated, and which help was given first.

If an advanced climber wishes to be surpassed then on the same mountain cliff he may add his own discouraging challenge - not to exceed what his friend can cope with.
Judgment will be made according to the advanced climber's assessment of his own difficulties with the climb, or, using empathy, by adjusting the previous to his friend's potentials, and lack of experience.
This may also hide an intent to never be surpassed.
To determine which is which, the inferior climber must surpass, judging the impact this feat has on his friend.
Will it motivate him, or will it be used as an excuse to take another, easier, route, as far away as possible from his, now, ex-friend?

Theory and Pragmatism
discussions between those who speak form experience and those who speak from a theoretical position, will always be to the disadvantage of both.

The one using his experiences will subordinate his theory to them.
The one who speaks from theory, will always speak of an idealized self, in an idealized world, in ideal circumstances.
He can never be contradicted because it's all hypothetical.

The first may present experiences but these may be tainted by his own failings, which the second will exploit, implying his own, theoretical, superiority.
Advantage of intent.

If the first is honest, with himself primarily, he will support his own experiences with the experiences of many others, against what the theoretician's hypothesis must exceed in self-assurance, making him enter into hyperbolic, grandiosity.
The second may mask this with humble uncertainty, but through theory he has surpassed all experiences.  

Behind all vagueness and assertions of complexity, lies an either/or absolutism.
Uncertainty is resolved as mystical ambiguity, retaining in a state of undisclosed stasis.
Natural anxiety/fear of otherness is accused of cowardice, implying a state of courage, absence of anxiety/fear.
The natural antithesis of disordering, fluctuating (inter)activity and ordering, becoming, selecting particular probabilities from among the increasing possibilities, is defined as an absolute need for enclosure, insinuating a courageous openness, that is open to all possibilities because it can endure them.
As though there was a choice in the matter, to be made by the courageous, who substitute rigidity with flexibility - talent to dance.
This describes adaptability as a careless, carefree abandonment - no thinking no ordering required.
Human consciousness as continuous ordering is a cowardly rejection of cosmic flux, and this defined by a mind already practicing it.
Boundaries are "bad", as a accusation made by an organism enclosed in a skin and a cranium, offering it the possibility of choice - discrimination.

Worshiping of the self-aggrandizing of the sovereign's "right", declaring an identity by ignoring otherness.
Independence, declared by a contingent becoming.
Apollonian Dionysian distinctions made on Apollonian foundations.
Mind's abstractions, theories, before a changing cosmos, declaring its openness to change as if it had an alternative, as if there were another option.
Purposeful confusion of denial of cosmos with resistance to it.
An "overflowing" dependent on preserving and accumulating - judgment dependent on experiences, first- or second-hand.
Second hand absorbed into first-hand - the icon, the proxy, absorbed as identity.
Personal experiences lacking, or contradicting the ideal, are deferred to the icon, as proxy, who is absolved of all "negativity".

The icon's contradictions explained as part of its depth of wisdom, unmarred by any personal behaviour.
This si why individuals are sanctified after death, and icons are reborn, as Jesus was, and Nietzsche is currently resurrected, as part of his eternal return.
Each rebirth, is an approach to nirvana - a bit of humanity is left behind. The icon approaching absolution.
He is evil or good, he is pure in either way.
To speak otherwise is to expose self, as living presence, to attacks on an emotional level - social status psychological motives, sexual virility etc.
The icon remaining above such critique.
Death immunizing him to become ideological - pure noumenon, theory.
And what of his human commentary, exposing a biology?
Such are forgiven of the dead, but not the living.
They must await purification post mortem.
Spirit made pure good or pure bad - what we all spirit is a general sense, leftover in passing.
We recall the overall sensation, impression, made upon us.
Christ's sermons are such words of pure spirit.

In all things balance.
Balance found in relation to world, the flux, the perceived.
A surfer gains confidence in his ability to ride the waves, not by ignoring the dangers they entail.

Reaffirmation...
There are no such thing as absolutes, outside human minds.
These absolutes we call abstractions, noumena, existing as ideas, and ideals, in the mind.
Therefore, skepticism, doubt, even self-doubt, is not paranoia.
A healthy disposition towards existence, evolved for a reason, and it is not an illness that exceeds the existent and enters into psychosis, and the paranormal, the supernatural.
Paranoia refers to anxiety/fear exceeding experiences, going beyond and above the present.
First-hand and/or anecdotal.
Skepticism is simply the honest acknowledgement of an absence of absolute knowledge and awareness.
An absence of certainty.
Doubt increases in proportion to the exceptional nature of what is proposed, or perceived.
When the perceived is part of an experienced pattern then minimal doubt is normal.
When the perceived, or theoretical, presents itself as the exception to the rule, then doubt increases, requiring a closer look.
When the never experienced is proposed, then severity of doubt must be applied.
Seeing an albino elephant requires a second-look, and then an explanation, that a grey one has surpassed.
An albino elephant that climbs trees is to be severely doubted, demanding proof through an act.
It proposes an elephant that exceeds the nature of elephants.

Remaining open to the possibility is part of doubt.
Doubt in reference to what has been experienced, by self and by others - precedent.

A rare gem found must be cleaned of sediment, tested for consistency, evaluated to mesure its preciousness - to make certain it is not another rock.
Gem ought not to feel insulted if, what it presents itself as, is honest and, though rare, pure and true.
A gem is part of what is known. Mineralogy, geology.
If gem presents itself as a stone not of this planet, then this deserves closer scrutiny and more stringent skepticism.
Interest is not fear.    
Fear involves personal implications.
If one does not care, his anxiety morphs into excitement at the prospect of a rare find.
Fear is internalized, as anxiety concerning not being fooled, not being disappointed.  

What must be acknowledged, before one makes such bold presumptions, are the individual's personal contact with the exceptional, if any. Not in theory, after death, The individual's experiences with the non-exceptional, establish an unconsciously deferment to a norm it calls reliable.
How it engaged and survived this contact, establishes personal confidence before the unknown, now placed within the context of the probable and improbable.
Experience establishes, for the individual, a basis for appreciating.  
Personal experience is insufficient.
One compensates, to reduce doubt, by referencing precedent.
Precedent is contacted via proxies, reducing the reliability of the judgment.
To compensate, for this reduction, the individual may juxtapose it to his own experiences and, if he can, through empathy, with those in his immediate environment.  

Courage before the rare, is based on a confidence in self, after multiple contacts with the unknown.
This does not mean a complete elimination of self-doubt, or anxiety, but a reduction of it to a level where it no longer affects, or is even conscious.
Confidence in one's talents, traits.
This ought not to be considered equal to theoretical contact with the unknown, the rare.
There is no personal risk in it, or only minimal.
Very little is at stake.

Placing narcissism within this context will require an adjustment of degree.
There is, again, no such thing as absolute love, whether it is directed toward other, or to self.
Self-love is healthy if it does not exceed the norms and veers into psychosis of finding nothing wrong with self, leading to stagnation, or to hide this prejudice, to ascribe to self self-flattering flaws...like "My only fault is I am too good", or "I am too trusting" to excuse errors in judgment, or "I am too generous", to excuse being exploited, or "I am too smart for my own good" to excuse isolation.

Narcissism is an illness, as is paranoia, when the present is contradicted with a theoretical exo-pragmatic possibility - when love, like fear, is based on paranormal, supernatural criteria; when large claims are made with no actions, and no poof.
Extraordinary claims ought to be followed with extraordinary evidence.
The exception to the rule ought to display itself in exceptional ways, and not in everyday ways.
A diamond will cut glass. It will reflect light in ways a stone cannot.
If it simply states that it is a diamond then the exceptional claim will be reacted to with exceptional skepticism.
An albino elephant does not have to state its rarity.
An albino elephant that can climb trees, does not have to declare its ability as fact.

Those that doubt it, are not afraid of albinism or elephants that climb trees.

Clarifying what the norm is, the experienced, establishes a basis to discern the exceptional.  
It helps the rare stand out among the average.

Divorcing Private Embarrassment
A great achievement is often replaced with private shame.
All the work, and effort, for what you were convinced was going to be incredibly fulfilling, mostly because of peer pressure, and then the outcome is a let-down, all are congratulating you about.

Inside, shame, about your own naivete, kept secret.
Resisting the temptation of blaming that which was attained for your own overestimation, is rarely possible.
What should have made you happy becomes a source of unhappiness - a constant reminder becoming unbearable as time goes by.
Best option is to give it up, in a show of magnanimous self-confidence.

Shifting perspective from a monetary reward, representing abstract resources, to a power reward representing abstractly with words/symbols - an emotional reward.

The premise begins with an ideal, represented by an icon, a figurehead, a celebrity.

Within the context of the starting ideal's premises, its contexts, represented with words...in the case of monetary rewards it is represented by numbers.
As you see the triangles inside the starting triangle are upright or inverted.
Some mirroring the ideal others reversing it.

Those loyal to the ideal's premises attempt to represent it accurately. Those inverting it attempt to use the premises for their own gain.

More accurately...

The biggest inversions occur within the context provided by the original ideal.
They exploit the original and negate it, redirecting the focus from the tip, of the original to themselves.
Tangible returns constitute the method transparent.
When applied pragmatically the pyramid scheme fails, due to these inversions.
The inverted contradicts the premises it is a part of.

Using this triangle as a representation of the pyramid scheme....

...then C would be the icon.
A and B connecting icons relating to the first, creating a noetic space.

C can be anything "positive", promising something, or implying a promise, with his words.

Place Jesus there, or God, or Nietzsche, or some other icon, celebrity.
The premises does not matter. It only has to be seductive to as many potential members as possible.
It's appeal is determined by environment. So Jesus might not be ideal in this day and age, and a more modern, updated, icon might better serve the motive.
The original motive may be subverted by a participant, creating an inverted pyramid scheme within the contexts of the original.

As an example I offer Jesus.
Jesus is the pinnacle of our pyramid. The icon, the ideal.
A & B are God the Holy Spirit.
They create a intellectual space.
Points of the lines are constructed with words. Words are the perimeter within which the noetic space is enclosed.

Now, most members will reflect the iconic space, and reflect it.
They are the red triangles in {figure b}.
But then there are inverters, who take the original premises and turn it on its head.

Jesus spoke of a personal god, outside institutionalized religions. A direct and personal relationship with the ONE God, which he represented.
Whether it is right or wrong, does not matter. What matters is how many this message can seduce, convince, draw into its linguistic boundary.

Saul takes this message and inverts it. He establishes a church using the icon's words contradicting Churches.
He is the white triangle in {figure b}.
Figure C would be a more precise representation, as the inversion is huge, and may take over much of the internal space.
Such triangles represent priests who are the inversion of the original message.
They remain inside the icon's premises but their message contradicts it.
The icon trickles down what is used as reward, in the form of words....sermons.
The priest usurps this power, reinterpreting sermons and himself the pinnacle....in the inverted triangle.
The members contained within it are now his followers - his clique, his flock, his entourage.
They trickle down rewards to him.
Rewards may also change within this inverted triangle.
Original message is subverted and inverted. It is the anti ideal within the ideal's premises.
Same words are used, only their meanings change.



Jesus is passe.
We need new icons for updated pyramid schemes.
What sells?
Target audience, market dynamics.
All depends on the motive, the rewards intended/expected.....this establishing value within the pyramid scheme.
What sells today among emasculated, lost, Modern males?
Nietzsche.
Among females some other icon/celebrity.
Target audience determines which icon will be used and inverted.

Inverted/priest presents himself as the icon's doppelganger, his perfect reflection, or his equal.

Code is money.
Words are Magic.
So if the motive, the system values power, according to the icon's teachings, then words = power.
Words are money.

Power is measured by quantity.
How many sales have you made?
How many new members have you brought into the scheme?
How large a space do they occupy?

When all is abstraction, words/money, then effect measures value....measures power.
Best salesman is the one who has the most members within his pyramid, inverted or not.
They feed him, using words/symbols the power of his accumulating magic.

Tangible/Intangible

Difference between tangible and intangible promised outcomes is that the tangible can be externally verified.
You do step 1, then step 2, and you get outcome 3.
With intangible promised rewards the seller can claim that you did not perform the steps perfectly, explaining why you failed to get the expected outcome.
There's no way to prove or disprove this.

The seller forcefully recruits the buyer as part of his sales-pitch.
It's not the product that is at fault but the buyer who failed to use it appropriately.
It isn't that he is a lair, and a hypocrite, but that the buyer did not truly believe in the product - he was too paranoid, code for exceeding the acceptable level of skepticism, for the product to perform its magic.
Such schemes usually demand a "letting go", suspending reason.
Christ is believable only if you let him into your heart. Then he is more than reasonable as an idea; then his legendary performances are more than plausible, they are certain.

You must believe in yourself, means you must let-go of self-doubt, and release desire.    
This releasing will overcome all doubt, all skepticism...all resistance, so that magic can have its effect.
Magic, in this case, is a metaphor for the purely theoretical, the noetic, the ideal.

Usually "letting go" refers to releasing unconsciousness from the shackles of consciousness, to bring forth repressed energies.
An organic focus - to be in the "zone".
Sometimes with the aid of another, or some medium.
It can also mean the same thing, but with the external medium exploiting what is released.
With no consciousness resistance to this exploitation/manipulation is minimal.

The left of today, is not the left of the past.
Gaining influence in a time of great social disparity, the left radicalized generations, feeling ta shared existential anxiety before an indifferent cosmos and the implications of natural selection, exposed by Darwin and developing an evolutionary awareness of the human condition.
Left-wing politics became associated with man's struggle against natural processes - humanism.
Its atheism was an expression of dissatisfaction with God's creation, and currently is in a fight against the implications of Evolution Theory, or what is disparagingly referred to as Darwinism.
All that contradicts its humanism, its desire to "correct" nature, is associated with authoritarianism, godly or of any other kind.
Speaking on behalf of nature, as an objective observer, will be adopted as a representation of faceless natural processes.
Te left needs an anthropomorphic visage, an identifying will, to accuse, so as to imply its own innocence, delineate its victim status.
With no other identifier, because it is completely abstract, rejecting empiricism, it must find an identity by using organic symbols, that differentiate it as pure, clean, idealism.

It is what it is not....therefore, it is ideal, rejecting the real, which it must lower to its own level to create parity so as to surpass it.

Who are they, without this world-victim identity?

Older memes are no longer required. Jewish identity crisis becomes political.
Cold War was its partial resolution – materialism and hedonism dominates, threatens to become global.
Nihilism of the future: a species void of natural, or other genetic and memetic identifiers – a culture of no culture – Americanism, purposefully mislabeled Globalism to deny resistance a footing, to hide the earthly source behind a word means "everywhere on earth".
Any unity exceeding that of a nation state is now part of globalization.
Individualism, American style, divides emerging reaction to Globalization, like the organisms’ digestive system chews and fragments what it then assimilates into its own unity.
Resistance can only remain fragmented, feeble, so as to evade being identified as that which it resists.

Who needs religion, or any other meme, when Humanity will become the unifying abstraction?

Individuals need not be aware of their own self-contradicting behavior. It is lost in perspectivism, in feminine "changing of heart".
Stereotype of feminine indecisiveness, or shallow loyalties, evolved to accommodate shifting social integration.
Power is a female's aphrodisiac.
Her resistance, her fight, her wounds, are forgotten in the paroxysm of lust/love.
We can study this phenomenon in the wild. Lionesses fighting on the side of a pride's alpha male, protection their "investment", their cubs, quickly come to terms with new dominance and repair what was lost by quickly going into "heat", so as to produce a new brood.
Similar phenomenon witnessed within human species, during wartime. Conquerors, killing or overpowering a tribe's male population are rewarded by their female's sexual (mind & body) acquiescence.
Females are not to be blamed for their natural role.
Less sophisticated females offer less intellectual resistance. Meme is too weakly apprehended to resist the new dominating one. Their body is still the judge that decides – intuitive, instinctive, not requiring any justification, or understanding.

Necessary Compromises
The reason why Nihilists must lie, and have no other option, is simple.
Their detachment from reality, true or faked, will result in an inevitable cost, that exceeds the idealized, hypothetical, theoretical benefits.
If a Nihilist remains true to his own, proclaimed, ideals, and principles, if he lives in accordance wit his own beliefs, he shall perish, if he is not protected from the external world by an intervening will.
This explains why Nihilism flourishes in times of abundance, and sheltering, and dwindles down to a private fantasy, in every other circumstance.

To deal with this necessity Nihilists use ambiguity, to mask their beliefs and make them applicable in both times of superfluity and times of austerity.
They are, at one time spiritual mystics devoted to their enlightenment, and at others cold, rational, brutes, dealing with a world that simply does not and cannot care; it rises to noetic idealism, and dives into pragmatic realism, sometimes finding shelter in one, and then in the other pole.
A Nihilist that survives is either privileged by a protective institution, allowing it to claim anything, using any language, that does not threaten the institution providing the sheltering, or must lie, trying to justify why its actions contradict its words, which it constantly, and predictably annuls.  
With no external world to limit its usage of words, it only has its own will to depend upon, to fabricate and acts out, in accordance with an ideal that lacks all external references.
Linguistic insinuation does not only allow the listener to fill in the void of connectivity with his/her own private desires, but also permits the speaker to deny being corned by its own reasoning.

Nihilists must lie or they ill perish.
This certainty is dependent no the degree of their detachment form reality.
The more detached their thinking is from anything outside their skulls, the more vulnerable the are to a world they deny, or fabricate at will.
To survive within world they either lie to themselves, or they lie to others, keeping what they truly think to themselves.
In either case deceit is involved, motivated by an uncertain goal.
In either case they will be exposed through their own actions.

All it takes is time.
Time measuring (inter)actions.  

Within controlled, sheltering, environments this time may be postponed, and exposure might be subtle.

Psychology of having something to prove is an issue among males who have been raised in affluence, beneath a dominant father figure.
Proving their self-worth against world is of no significance, because he is well provided for, sheltered, and guaranteed survival, within reasonable doubt.
What remains, for such a boy, when ancient coming of age rituals no longer apply, but to prove he has surpassed his father, has overcome the shadow looming over him, and that he could have "made it" even without his overwhelming presence.
It is a problem faced by affluent males living in western systems.

Adapting to the prevailing environment which has substituted "world" for "humanity" such a boy measures his advancement by how many he can seduce, and exploit, how many "inferiors" he can manipulate.
Others become environmental conditions for him to overcome and overpower.
Instead of weapons, tools, his wits, he has words, guile, his pretenses to aid him.
He raises his value when he can become popular, the center of attention - king of the world means master of as many minds as possible.
He feels a god when he can exploit the weaknesses in others.

His insecurity before reality is compensated with a thick wall of flesh and blood - he makes his way to the center of the herd, as far away from the world beyond as possible.
His weakness in relation to nature, is covered with power over nature's agencies.

Suicidal Mind
Suicide is an option only to a mind that has separated body from mind, and rediscovers self as an external other, relating/comparing to otherness.

For lesser minds there is no issue with self-value, self-confidence, there is only self relative to other.
An animal has no body image issues.
It does not consider its own worth compared to another.
Mind is, a tool of body, serving the body's needs, and feeding-off the excesses.
The only measure of value is of other in relation to goal, not as other evaluated by some other, abstract, concept, like God, or an implied idea(l).
Giving a pattern a mathematical value, is also a measurement in reference to an external, to self, standard. It, also, implies a telos, a goal, an end, as mathematics is based on 1/0, two symbols of an absolute end.

Suicide is only possible for a mind that holds itself accountable to an idea(l), other than its mind/body unity.
This can be a motivator for nobility, or of decrepitude, it can produce genius or insanity - the upper and lower ends of the cognitive spectrum.
When mind is detached form the body's demands, it begins to disconnect from reality, flowing upward, or downward.
With no world to limit it, it can find itself so high that any contact with reality might break it - Daedalus and Icarus.
